Allahu Akbar!
Another incident today. While cleaning my wife's wound on her back with her leaned over to her left side, my wife's heart stopped beating and she also stopped breathing.
I quickly gave her CPR and she eventually recovered. Alhamdulillah.

Revival
I have neglegted my blog for so long - I think it's good to pen again in my "digital journal" my life's journey... especially with the recent life changing event of my wife suffering from cancer.
This morning, I assisted my wife who was choking from her phlegm. She couldn't breath and started to become pale and then blue. I pounded her back and chest frantically trying to clear her airway so that she can breath again. Alhamdulillah, that worked.
What a scary moment! 😱

back again after a long hiatus
Looks like I have ignored my blog for a long time. In between the last posting until today, there were many things that had happened.
Will find some time to record all these precious moments for future viewing... untuk anak cucu. :)

2010 scout annual dinner

This year for the SMTTDI scout dinner, I decided to accept the invitation sent out to ex-scouts. Fiqar sms-ed me and I obliged -kinda missed Cikgu Azhar.
That night, we performed on stage for Cikgu Azhar a rendition of "Yesterday Once More" by the Carpenters using a minus one song. Prior to that we introduced ourselves and sang "Sura Geni" lead by Telal. We were also given honours to pull the number and give out the lucky draw prizes.
It was a good meet, I have to say... just like yesterday once more.... shubidu lang-lang. :)

advice from a good friend
"It is always a good day to start and try a new plan. A new plan does not involve physical or material doing, it is just the thinking. In a day or two if the thinking seems very valid still, transform it into a monetary plan.
If it sounds too much, sleep on it first. In a day or two, if the monetary plan seems reasonable, change it into a business plan. Then, it needs complete business model analysis! That's my routine outside work life!
I have fun with my children while building my plan... They see me working around people and new grads, and they see me getting into business meeting with them, I could not offer more of the dollar spent while watching them watch us trying.
Life is full of what we want and what we don't want to continue...choose it wisely and patiently!
Thanks for making up time for a long waited visit from you two.... "

kl marathon 2010
This year's SCKLM marks the anniversary of my foray into half marathon run distance. Last year during SCKLM09 was the first time I ran 21km and my time was 3hr 12m. So, in one year I've only improved by 10 minutes. :p

Pic taken after about 6km of running.

Approaching finish...
