Jogoya - Famous restaurant in Starhill Gallery, KL. The restaurant is located on the Relish Level (dont know which floor) of the Starhill Gallery. The restaurant is pretty dark and full of little corners and nooks and can fit up to 580 people.
It's advisable you book a table but you still need to queue in front around 20min to pay for your meal. Before we managed to step our foot inside the restaurant, we were required to pay first " NOT EAT FIRST". Pay 1st b4 Meal. The restaurant from the outside through the wooden slats that front the place hence you can see the slice of light from outside versus the dimly lit restaurant.
Oct until 19th Dec,08- promotion for ladies only 50% discount. We manage to get our booking for 5person.(3 ladies & 2 gul) for dinner time but dinner time was all Fully Booked.So Sad!! The promotion was for weekday only (Mon-thu) but 2day is ready Thursday so 2molo cant get 50% discount so we booking for supper time at 9.30pm -12am. Ladies in this world very lucky, just pay half price can eat ready....Sad guy need to pay full price. But u all know la....ladies just can eat few only. If guy get 50% discount, they will bankrupt.

You see those small white BOWLS?? That's where you suppose to throw your numbered clips into it. The chef will cook on whatever you order and serve it at your table!!Good...we pay the service charge ready...
so they need to give us a good service..
