Milking the Cow M/W Class
Our "milking the cow" took place in the kitchen instead of a barn and with a latex glove instead of a cow. Maybe not authentic, but very fun just the same!

Pancakes, Pancakes!
Pancakes, Pancakes! by Eric Carle is a delightful story that provided several fun activities for the students. A farm boy named Jack desperately wants a pancake for breakfast. However, he must go through the tedious process of "naturally" obtaining each ingredient for the pancakes. Below you will see the students getting flour by threshing the wheat and then grinding it into flour.
