I spent my late morning on errands. I bought some cake for our employees. These are the people behind the scenes who, in one way or another, help put food on the table for my dear family. Weve been so busy with all the Christmas rush that its only now that we were able to buy them something for the holidays. Leonas Cake and Pastries was swarming with cars outside, and when I went inside the bakeshop, WOW! It was a mob a jungle in there. I was able to get the cakes 15 minutes after or so. Lots of people were buying cakes and pastries for tonights New Years Eve meal.
I then went to Ayala where I was, as usual, marooned for the entire afternoon. I didnt do my usual rounds since the mall was so empty. I guess most people were taking naps at home so they can stay up late and party all night, while some could be busy cooking their favorite dishes for a party where friends and relatives are welcome. I spent the afternoon at AV Surfer where I was performing an experiment. Experiment 2: How to Add Photos to a Post. Two hours surfing the net and nothing came of it. I read the tutorial and still I couldnt get the procedures and the codes. It all seemed computer jargon to me. I really need to brush up on simple HTML. All I accomplished was a membership at Tripod. I dont have any plans to make a site hosted by Tripod. This blogsite is enough for now. Ill be using Tripod to store pictures. Was able to upload a picture of a dog that looked like my two dogs at home, namely Snoopy and a Japanese sounding Yuki and a very beautiful picture of an awesome New Years Eve fireworks show above Sydney, Australia. Sad to say, I tried to post it, but all I got was a blank space.
After the tedious experiment, I went to Bos Coffee Club to buy a pack of House Blend ground beans. It came with a nice canister that had a Christmas design. I bought coffee for the older folks, since my Di-ku promised to buy a bottle of Asti Martini and two bottles of red wine. Wheeee It used to be the other way around. Its just a sign that this year will be different from the rest. I met THE Mangkay on the way down the Basement. She was with family. Asked her about photos... no clue there.
Im eating now while watching Moulin Rouge on Star Movies The greatest thing youll ever learn is to love and be loved. I find the movie very artistic. I like movies that are of the musicale type. Not much talk, but more passionate songssoothes the spiritfood for the soul. Beloved Satine txtd a while ago to greet me a Happy New Year feels like*Sigh!and with the melodies of Moulin Rougemy last day of the year sweeps me off to 2003.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!!

Whoa! Hey slow down people. That's too much tags for me to handle... I just woke up. I'm reading your tags with **** in my eyes still. Haven't had beakfast yet. Now, whom should I start commenting about?... Let's start with Mangkay coz she has seniority here... was the first to sign my guestbook. See Mangks, you're a VIP here in my site. Sorry Mangks if you almost slid down the stairs again... and for being harsh. I'll regulate it from now on. Sorry. Advice: Be careful when you're on the stairs. Very dangerous if you slide down coz it can cause cerebral damage. It's for your own good too if you hold on to the railings... a little minus on the poise, but surely a plus for safety.
Next in seniority, Mickie. Okay, I think I have to trust you when you say you know Wendy. I don't know why or how, I leave it as it is. And since dear ol Mangkay said that you know her, well I trust THE Mangkay, trust you on that too. Thanks for your wonderful tags Mickie!
Finally Melvs, I know your cousin beloved is always on errands. I'm OK with that. There's nothing I can do about it. As I said, I am not family. I just feel that it's too much sometimes. She texted me her route yeasterday, and if it were given to me, I'd say I won't be able to have time for myself. Your beloved cousin is only part of the topic of my blogs. She happens to be the topic in my tag-board coz that's what most of the readers zeroed in on. By the way, what you mean when you said "hehehe mickie why not ask the cousin about the details nalang =)"
Phew... had to blog as soon as I can so I can get to your tags. I still have to cook breakfast, so til here fellas. I'll blog more tonight.

Had a very busy start for today. I was about to go to Ayala for that outing of ours, when suddenly our helpers called me that a pipe broke in our restroom. They said it was really flooding the whole place. So I had to pick up the plumber and rush home. I had to buy some pipes, tape and other plumbing needs to rectify the blown pipe that leads to the toilet and the shower. I helped them fix the pipe and was Mr. Plumber himself. I'm so proud of myself today for a job well done.
I reached Ayala at around 2:30 already. That is 1 and a half hours beyond the appointed time... and to think I stated in my blog about the Filipino time thing. Sorry for not keeping my word. Emergency is emergency. I met up with my friends near our store. Adrian, Jed, Edwin, Mary Ann, Michael Chan and Milvic were there. Was expecting Karen and Miat, but I don't know where they were. Anyway, it was still a well-spent afternoon with friends. I feel like I'm back to school making "stambay" in the canteen with friends. We didn't watch a movie as planned. We instead went to City Sports Club. We enjoyed the conversation there and the club fries. We talked almost about everything and... everyone. Hehehe... If any of you tripped on a rock, bit your lip or... fell from the stairs (ala Mangkay), then our sincerest apologies.
After City Sports, the cousins Edwin and Milvic went home in their cars, Mike stayed at City Sports with his mom... and the rest... well, we walked back to Ayala. As if the fries weren't enough, we pigged out at Flame It! The holidays are always opportunities to pig out on the much needed food we get to miss when school resumes. Mary Ann then left the group to attend a party. So, who's left... Adrian, Jed and yours truly. The 3 Musketeers... all logged on to their computers at AV Surfer. They're checking their mails, while I'm blogging to all of you.
I'd like to inform you, my beloved readers, that I will be removing a post which I made last Sunday (yesterday) posted on 12:05:27PM. For privacy reasons, I just have to since I'm not sure as to exactly who have access to my site. I feel that by removing it, my life would be a little more peaceful, so please bear with me. I presume most have read it, so at the click of this button.... zap it's gone!
That's all for today... I'm looking forward to tomorrow, coz it's the last day of the year. Make the most of it!

I had dinner at Golden Cowrie in Lahug with my mum and bro. Their Filipino food taste really good especially their sizzling gambas. It goes with shrimp, scrambled egg, garlic and chili yumm.
I spent my afternoon at Ayala. As I was making my usual rounds in Ayala, I happened to find myself inside National Bookstore. For no reason at all, I went in the store as though it were just an extension of the corridors of the mall. I saw something that captivated my attention. I hope some or most of you have noticed this too. As early as now, they are already selling Valentine cards! The Christmas season is not yet over and heres another reminder that something specials coming up. My wallet must have shrieked at the sight of that reminder. Another opportunity to put some holes into your wallet. Greeting cards, cuddly stuff toys, balloons, over priced flowers (hehehe), lunch/dinner date, HARANA!!! (uso pa ba yun I still do think so, though I'm a frustrated singer) and other things we guys do for our dearly beloved. Good thing for you gals, you need not spend a cent. Its one day dedicated to all of you.
So much for Valentine cards, I really am not looking forward to something thats still so far like February. I still am very much in a Christmassy mood. I havent received a gift from my mum yet. She asked me what I want for Christmas and my constant answer was I dunno. I really dont know what I need/want for Christmas. I havent been craving for something either. Maybe a healthy life, love and peace for the world would do just fine.
Anyway, Adrian planned an outing later (since its already December 30, 12:20AM) at Ayala. So far, its Adrian, Jed, Karen, Miat and I. Mary Ann and Edwin, not sure yet. Well meet at around 1:00 to 1:30 (hopefully not Filipino time) at Blue Magic. Care to join us? You should! The more, the merrier, so they say. Well probably be watching one of the Filipino movies from the filmfest, since all of the movies in the theaters are Tagalog have to choose one. Patronize Filipino! By the way congratulations to Eddie Garcia best actor and Ara Mina best actress. Mano Po - best picture.
Called up Wendy around 9PM to invite her to the outing this afternoon, but she couldnt make it. She said she has so many errands to do. Offered to help, but she said she could manage. She txtd me her errand route boy was it so long. Id say shell be driving around town tomorrow. Sometimes I wonder whether I should have given her something else for Christmas perhaps an ASSISTANT (like that of Van Wilder) to do her bidding. If I had the guts and a really really thick face (or no face at all), Id probably tell her parents not to mistake their daughter for a driver. *Sigh! *Sigh! *Sigh! As Mickie would put it, I should know my place and where I stand. Family is family and certainly Im not familyyet. They yet part is mine. Hope to see you at Blue Magic!!! Ciao!

Truly, I am a 100% Certified Mall Rat (with papers... in case you wanna adopt me...jk). My feet are sore and all I did today other than driving was make rounds around Ayala. The place is going to be my second home pretty soon. Did 5 rounds around 1st floor. 7 rounds around the 2nd. 5 rounds on the 3rd floor. 3 rounds around the 4th floor. Phew... my shoes must have been pretty tired facing the same old floor. Hehe... =) At around 1PM, I bumped into Boomboom of CDC. He was awaiting for Jericho of AdMU and Chris of CDC to show up in Ayala. They all met at Timezone where we played ACE Driver. I WON!!! Hehehe...a Schumi in the making... joke!
We then went around the mall for a while and Chris ate at Flame It! You guys should taste their Flame It Burger... with cheese or any of the toppings. For only 45+ you can get a burger that tastes better than McDonald's or Jollibee... even combined. Try it!
My mum suddenly called up asking me to buy some bread over at our bakery supplier. Their phones couldn't be contacted so I had to drive all the way to their store to order some bread, since our store freshed out from their supply. Dropped by Walter Uy's house after the errand to pick up some precious stuff (..take a guess...) Then I went back to Ayala. I accompanied my mum to buy a James Bond sountrack collection CD at Metro Ayala as a "pahabol" Christmas gift for my Di-ku's (Tito Jerry). Watched the store for a while, and when it wasn't busy, I left to spend some quality time with my brother... playing Counterstrike at the cafe nearby. Had to do some sibling bonding.=)
Hehe... forgive me you guys, but my vacation's pretty boring. I wanna go to school already to hangout with my friends and to do some work of course. My friends are mostly home-buddies. Most of them wanna spend time at home or other people's homes playing basketball... Playstation and stuff. Maybe I'm just too laagan. I have no choice on that coz whether I like it or not, I have to drive my dear mum to Ayala... so I get kinda marooned there. I either watch our store, shop for a few things with my mum or make rounds like a supervisor. Ayala should pay me for the supervisory job. Hehehe...
Anyway, so I'm now back home typing my blog for all of you to read. I'm now using a Pacific Internet prepaid subscription. I still do use my I-cebu Subscripition, but I've reached my monthly limit. Mum won't pay more than my monthly limit, so I had to pitch in my share by buying prepaid cards to be able to use more internet hours. Won't blog more since I haven't had dinner yet. Hope you had a filling dinner already. Good night and may you have a wonderful Sunday tomorrow!

Just came from SHS-B Alumni Homecoming 2002. This years homecoming was hosted by Batch 77, the Silver Jubilarians. I met with other alumni like Walter Uy, Darrell Sy, Brian Huang and Edwin Chua. It was a very fun-filled night! Had lots of laugh I could now feel my stomach aching after all the laughs I had.
For you guys who didnt attend, you certainly missed half of your life. Mr. Rogelio Cagaanan - a.k.a. Cagi was, by public demand, forced to join the dance contest together with 7 other alumni. Each gentleman was paired with one lady dancer. Fr. Javier was the judge and the prize was a pictorial and a kiss from tonights guest, Michelle Estevez from Klasmyts. The 8 pairs first danced to the beat of Laban Laban O Bawe Bawe, the craze hit from the Sexbomb Girls. All other pairs were eliminated after dancing to each of the 6 following tunes. The final dance was to the tune of Asereje also known as "The Ketchup Song" by Las Ketchup. The remaining pairs were that of Mr. Cagaanan & the pair of another alumni whose name I forgot. Cagis opponent danced the Asereje very well. Indeed, some grown men still do watch MTV. Though the dancing of Cagis opponent was very wonderful, the gathering gave way to Fr. Javiers decision and by public demand, our beloved algebra/trigo teacher was proclaimed kampeon de bayla!!! We are still trying to get a copy of tonights footage for you Hearters who wish to take a glimpse of what you missed. Truly our 350 ticket was worth tonights entertainment.
Whew so much for the entertainment. I left the homecoming at around 10:30 to fetch my mom from Ayala. She asked me to fetch her, but later changed her mind that shell just drive home by herself and that I could go back to the Homecoming and simply hitch with someone home. Thanks mom for making me enjoy the party more. I get to party rarely, so thanks for making me enjoy the most of the rare opportunities.
I went back of course, but the party was drawing to a close with the raffle of prizes. Hahaha I didnt win anything. Only Clinton Ang of our batch won a 32?? cellphone. Im not sure of the model. It was then followed by the raffle for the Ford Lynx car that was to be given away. I didnt buy a ticket nor did we make amot since it was priced at 2,500 each. Shocking price for us mere students with only our allowance to run to, but come to think of it, if you win some price for a car 2,500 peso Ford Lynx anyone? Edwin and his Ahia bought a ticket. With the first draw for the last digit, the number didnt match with their ticket. Its OK the moneys for an education plan anyway a very good cause!!! The group left afterwards, since the raffle was just the thing that kept most of the people in the party. I had to leave too since Edwin was kind enough to allow me to hitch with him home. After all, we live in the same village.
I enjoyed the ride, especially with the nice music videos both English and Chinese, which were played inside the car. Brand new vehicles these days offer the best comforts in life. Whats next you name it, you got it! Thats all the blog for now. Good night folks!

My blog for today: Hmmm..... I had lunch at our store then made "apas" with Mitch, Maia, Vanessa and I-pay at Wraps. We had a meeting there to discuss money matters and refund from FOURX for that Xmas party I blogged the other day. After Wraps, they all went to Baseline to gather some info about the food served during the party. (Good detective work you guys!) Mitch offered to help me with my blogsite. Thanks Mitch. I've been a busy bee these days trying to fix this site of mine. It's truly an advantage for someone who knows HTML. I should start learning it to become a techie. Anyway, I'll do away with my extra long blogs. I have to prepare myself for the Alumni Homecoming tonight. Poor info dissemination for the organizers. I'm going to the homecoming without knowing the attire and ticket price. I'll be assuming that the ticket is below 500 and that the attire is semi-formal. Hope I'm right or else have to party somewhere else. Hehehe... I'll blog more when I return from the party! Enjoy your dinner!

I'm blogging now at a cafe in Ayala. Spent time at the mall with Lito, Wendy and her friend Bunny Tan. Wendy had to leave early coz she had chores and more driving to do. Well drive safely Wendy. Had lunch with Lito and Bunny at Sbarros. Their baked zitti is really good, but I feel they are quite expensive. Well, it's one nice resto but not one I'd frequent.
I was driving my mom around the city this afternoon coz she wasn't done yet with her shopping and delivering of gifts. You know what, I could safely say that Cebu has a TRAFFIC problem. Have you guys noticed this lately? I was exhausted after driving because of the traffic, jeepneys and taxis swerving left and right, cutting your lane, stopping right smack at the middle of the road. Geesh... I hope our beloved city officials can come up with a mass transport system like the MRT and LRT of Manila. I miss riding in one of those. I had the chance to ride on one of the MRT trains during its maiden voyage. Very nice and smooth ride. Very few people took the ride so it was really relaxing being able to watch the sights of busy Ortigas and Makati and zooming through the traffic on EDSA with ease. I miss my days in Manila, but I surely cherish my friends here in Cebu and most specially my barkada and friends in school. Certainly, home is where the heart is. Anyway, this is all for today. Blog you guys tomorrow. Enjoy your day!

Hi there people! Wasn't expecting the visit of so many site visitors today. The site needs a facelift. I'm so poor with HTML and to think I'm a CompE student.... big slap on me!!! hehehe. Nway, hope you had fun reading my blogs...I'm sure Mangkay enjoyed it.... see SMILE daw cya...and YES Linmer I am a new blog victim. Thanks for warmly welcoming me to the club. I just made this site co'z I ran out of things to do the other night...planning for my Christmas celebration. See my first log it was around 4AM. Was designing the site from 12 AM then made my first post at around 4. Wheee....I visited Mangkay's site and it gave me the inspiration to make one of my own. But poor me couldn't measure up to the HTML design geniuses like KLD and Victorie. I'll get by soon.
Ey, Mickie please thank Pandi/Paksiw/Vince/...Rhemie...(hehehe) for me for helping Benny with his Revo. I was so guilty that night coz I was the one who told him to park in the basement. I made a wrong estimate of the height of his car against the vertical limit. That night was a toughie. The Xmas party was no party at all. Had to cancel it because there wasn't enough food for everybody. FourX management was so lousy. They didn't prepare well for it. Hope Mitch took care of the problem with the management.
Just came from Cafe Tartanilla. My Si-ee (fourth aunt) treated us to dinner. Thank's a lot for the sumptuous meal. The food was superb. For the first time I enjoyed a buffet where RIB-EYE, my favorite kind of steak, was eat-all you can. Where else can you eat all the rib-eye that you want...hehehe. I asked Santa to make me a fatter. Something must be wrong with my digestive system. I eat, eat and eat but I'm still thin. Grrrr...
I'll probably blog later after I get some needed sleep. Have to do some site facelifting.

!!!MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!
Had a very wonderful December 24 night. We did away with the usual "eating out at a restaurant". Had dinner at home with relatives bringing food - more like a potluck party. The roastbeef from Talk of The Town was awesome. You guys should try it. I was busy talking to Marie on the phone, so mom was not kinda happy that I was on the phone while everyone else was eating. Well, thanks Marie for the very inspiring talk.
And for the piece de resistance(spelling???), I was able to talk to Wendy at around 11PM. I was shocked to hear her very sleepy voice on the phone. Hehehe. I think she was already asleep then. Sorry Wendy for waking you up, but I really wouldn't let Christmas go by without greeting you. Twas very funny coz my mom suddenly budged in the room while I was talking to Wendy. Well, bahala na to si mommy. Hope she understands that it's part of me growing up. Someone just made my Christmas this year extra special. Perfect!!!
I joined with my relatives in a round of champagne and red wine. Asti Martini still remains the best. We greeted each other a warm "Merry Christmas" at the strike of twelve, then the party slowly drew to a close. I went to bed almost immediately since the wine got to me quickly plus...I would admit that the cellphone call really made me go... floating, melting and zzzzzzzz. Well, that was my Christmas Eve. How did you spend yours? Please feel free to share your comments and any info you would like to share. Merry Christmas again to you all!
