You are not seeing things...I really am updating my blog! After a few attempts at my password I finally remembered (yeah) so finally I am updating my blog. Needless to say, things have been crazy.

We had a wonderful Christmas with both families and are so grateful for the blessings in our lives. Happy New Years! We love you all!

What a Lucky Girl!

Cambria is the luckiest 9 year old I know. My parents, Cambria's grandparents, took her and her 3 cousins on a Disneyworld Land and Sea vacation. She spent 3 fabulous days at Disney World and then spent 4 days on the Disney Cruise. She had the trip of a lifetime and will always remember this wonderful time spent with her grandparents and cousins. What a lucky girl. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the best vacation ever!!!!

You know it's been a while when....

You know it's been a while when you can't remember your password, how to post a comment, and how to add photos. My alzheimers is definetly kicking in so I better get back on the blog bandwagon so I don't forget how to blog entirely.
Here's a little recap of what's been going on since my last blog (yep...way back in December).
McKayla celebrated her 14th birthday with a few of her best girlfriends.
We had a wonderful quiet Christmas at home with the kids. This was the first time in years it has just been our little family for the whole day. It was so much fun, very relaxing, but also a little lonely (we missed seeing our families so much.)
2 days after Christmas the kids headed to Lander to stay with grandma and grandpa J. while Nick and I headed to beautiful Hawaii for some much needed R&R with my family. It was so great to spend time with my parents, and all my brothers and their wives. the only disappointment was the weather, not as sunny as a sun worshipper would like, but it was better than 30 degrees and snow...so no complaints.
After our vacation we returned home to a very busy 2009, and we havn't slowed down a moment since we got home.
Here are a few pictures to recap the last 2 months. Aghh...it feels good to be back. I can't wait to read all of your blogs and catch up on all our crazy lives.

McKayla and Cambria preformed a duet at the Christmas recital. It was so beautiful to watch them together. Good Job ...I'm so proud.

A Must See

Australia is a MUST see! I loved everything about it. The filming was beautiful, the story was so tender. It had all the elements that make a great movie. There was romance, suspense, humor, action,...everything. I even learned about a part of history that I really didn't know much about. Seriously, this may even be my favorite movie of the year, yes even more than twilight, gasp! Nicole Kidman was fabulous and well Hugh Jackman "2008 sexiest man of the year" with good reason. Wow!! (all I can say is watering hole scene...drool...see it and you'll know what I mean!) The little boy, Nala, was amazing and so darling! Seriously go see this movie - I hope you like it as much as I did.
