Day 1
Reeling from the announcement that schools would be closed until March 27th (two weeks.) Thursday was treated like a snow day. We took it easy in the morning, anxiously scrolling through news and posts. Then we ran down to the boathouse to grab an erg that was reserved for Jonah as they were shuttering the boathouse and changing the door code. Our van was in the shop, so Jonah and I borrowed my parents Subaru. Upon returning it, I stood chatting with them in their sports court as they clipped pruning -then I saw the message- we would be out until April 24th. Shock. Six weeks.

Intermissions,instagram and important moments in history.
So we return to our blog after a 6 year intermission. Why nothing for 6 years? Because Instagram was... well...instant... and constant. So the last 6years were well documented and shared, but then there are other moments in history that are important and need to be documented. The COVID19 pandemic of 2020 is one such moment. So here we go...
