I’m Kim Saeed — and if you’ve ever walked away from a toxic relationship, a manipulative spiritual community, or advice that sounded profound but left you more confused than when you started, you might be exactly who I’m writing for.
My work is for over-givers waking up. Survivors who are beginning to notice that the loudest voices in psychology and wellness — the influencers, the thought leaders, the ones with the aesthetically perfect altars — are offering frameworks that look like healing but function like dependency. Somewhere in there, quantum jumping replaced therapy, light codes substituted for boundaries, and healing became something perpetually one more paid transmission away. It’s seductive when you’re hurting. It’s also keeping a lot of people stuck.
Here you’ll find something different. Honest, grounded conversations about how narcissistic relationships actually work — rooted in current neurobiology rather than the outdated theories that keep survivors confused and stuck. As a former educator whose work has been featured on Psych Central and reached people across 98 countries and inside women’s shelters, I care about getting this right. Not just emotionally right — factually right.
After a personal eight-month hiatus to sit with hard questions and let some former beliefs go, what emerged is what you’ll find here and on my social media as The Truth in the Trend — honest, nature-rooted, and without the gaslighting that’s so prevalent in the mainstream.
No unhinged woo. No archaic theories. Just clarity, and a path that’s genuinely yours.
