Opened in 1983, Kobawoo House is a

must for those who love Korean-style pancakes.

Eager patrons gather here in the evenings to enjoy "soju" a favorite Korean liquor, and everything in the menu complements the beverage perfectly. In between sips, order the Haemul Pajeon.     Jangban means ‘flat serving tray’, and guksu means ‘noodle’ in Korean. This noodle disk is always served on a large flat plate with lots of vegetables. Mix them just before eating. Mainly a summer dish, it is served in a portion big enough for two.
