I’ve spent my career leading diverse teams, coaching people through wins, losses, conflict, and growth. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the conversations I was having in my car, in hotel lobbies, and between customer visits were teaching me as much about life as they were about business.

This blog is my place to put those reflections into words.

I write about the real stuff: navigating leadership when it’s messy, finding perspective when shit shows up at your doorstep, and remembering that people always come first – no matter the quota, the deadline, or the pressure of the moment. My posts are a mix of personal stories, gentle observations, and the occasional reminder that kindness and clarity are not opposites.

In my off hours, you can find me singing karaoke, doing crafts or playing with makeup.
