1. Trial fonts on loremipsum.ro are provided without a license, in TTF format only (OpenType Layout, TrueType Outlines). The trial version includes all characters and font features, and should not represent a limitation for testing;
2. For copyright reasons trial fonts have embedding restrictions and may not always act as expected. Compatibility issues with softwares doesn’t necessarily reflects the way copyright free fonts work.
3. The font author shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that result from the use of trial fonts.

1. The fonts are free for nonprofit projects and organizations. Causes for human or animal rights, charity projects can use the fonts at their convenience (Political Parties and Religious Movements are not part of this category, the font/author may not be associated with any philosophy/ideology, good or bad);
2. The fonts can be used free of charge in any cultural, educational or social event that is not promotional, provides a free access and not held frequently;
3. Personal portfolio works can include the fonts for free as long as the purpose of self-promotion is not to gain immediate commercial benefits or to take credit for that specific font.

1. Embedding trial fonts or uploading to public servers in order to use them in online editors is not allowed. The free use is limited to images or outlined vectors;
2. Renaming, converting or modifying trial fonts, including the terms in the download package is forbidden. A font share must respect the original structure of the download, and where not possible, the definition "Free for personal use" must be visible;
3. A constant use of a trial font is considered identity and treated as such.

1. The commercial license is $20 (USD) / font;
2. A 40% discount is applied on minimum 2 fonts selected from the same family. Discount not available for Single Fonts;
3. The price is generic, regardless the number of:
   a. Applications or Locations;
   b. Devices or Employees using the font;
   c. Glyphs Included or Characters Used;
   d. Pageviews or Target Audience.

1. Lorem Ipsum is not affiliated with third parties to negotiate or sell the fonts, this site is the exclusive source for a commercial license;
2. The commercial license is effective upon payment. The license represents the agreement for unlimited and unconditional usage rights;
3. The license is granted to the copyright owner of the work (e.g. if a designer is a licensed user, the client won’t need a license for the work created by the designer).

1. Once the font selection is completed on loremipsum.ro, the user is redirected to PayPal for checkout. The payment is handled and secured exclusively by PayPal;
2. The PayPal account is optional. Cards accepted by PayPal are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute;
3. After the transaction no further action is required from the buyer. Both parties receive a payment notification that stands for the license document. Additionally, an invoice is issued with the info provided by PayPal.

1. The delivery is personal, done exclusively via email, sent to the email address used for the purchase;
2. The attachment includes the invoice in a PDF format and the copyright free fonts in 6 formats: OTF, TTF, EOT, SVG, WOFF and WOFF2, archived in a ZIP file. The inbox should be clear of any restrictions regarding these file types;
3. The delivery is not instant, a delay may occur due to time zone differences (local time UTC+02:00), and depends on how fast is the payment processed.

1. The website is developed to display as accurately as possible the features and properties of each available font. However, there is no guarantee that the specifications will be accurate or free of errors on different devices or used in other conditions. Because of that, prior to making any purchase, a font should be tested in every available media and conditions, to make sure that this will meet every technical requirements and stylistic expectations;
2. The refund is possible if the copyright free fonts were not delivered yet to the buyer's address. Otherwise, the license purchase is final and non refundable;
3. Exceptionally, in case a font has obvious errors that were overlooked, without the possibility of repair, the refund is made with the same method of payment.
