How to create a simple blog banner or chicklet

Did you ever see the banner as the  blogger logo? We certainly want to have the logo of our own banner chicklet . Small banner that helps us to personalize our blog as well as signs for readers to bookmark our blog as well as a link that makes us so popular blog ...

Image
A quick way to make this banner is not as complicated as we imagine. we do not need tools like photoshop or another, we will only use the tools inherited from the windows like paint, microsoft office picture manager and Picasa (a tool from google images).
First we create a pattern using a paint like this ...

save in the form of jpg or gif...

And open with microsoft picture manager. Edit your pictures, if necessary, resize your image by selecting the available options. Save the edited image..

Then open the images with Picasa. Why do I suggest you use picasa? because it is an image editor provided by Google that allows you to upload your images to the Internet. and if you already have an account on google then you have a storage place on the internet  which can be used as a banner that you will make.
Add a sentence or word of your choice with text ...

Upload using Picasa......and keep in there...and remember that you must copy your image address in Picasa, save it on notepad....

Open your blogger dashboard.....go to layout....

Then choose page element, click it...after that click add a gadget.....

choose HTML/Javascript click it...

Insert this code....included your image address in Picasa......

Change the blue color with your blog address....change the red color with your header and the green one is your image address in Picasa.......
And the orange word...about widht and height...you can changed it with other number for your satifaction...you can make it bigger, wider, smaller...anything you like...
After that save it...and try to view your blog...it would be seen like this...

How to fix "This page has encountered an error that may prevent it from working correctly. "

When you're entering your Google Account, your page turn to be like this..

When you're working with google analytics your screen suddenly appeared a message,
"This page has encountered an error that may prevent it from working correctly. "
Confused, sure!! then what should you do?
Send an email to google ...? wait a minute..... the problem is simple ...
First, check the date settings on your computer, because that's where the real issues ... because once you change the date or month or year, will make some affect to the browser which share with your computer's calendar.
Because in your browser settings have SSL and TLS encryption of the certificate that contains the active period of the calendar, which if changed will hold you to go to the page you will see.
This is an example of the problem.....
