I don't know if anyone reads this, but I am going to try and be more consistent and update this thing.

Life With Layna.

Not much has been going on with us since Layna arrived. Life is going normal, with me working, Logan going to preschool, and Brenda holding down the fort. Logan and Alyssa are loving their little sister and do their best to be the best big brother and big sister they can be. We finally ventured back out to Disneyland once Layna hit three months old. The kids loved the new Monsters INC ride and the Alladin play at California Adventure was great. The favorite ride though for both Logan and Alyssa has got to be Buzz Lightyear.

LAYNA FINALLY ARRIVED!

Well Layna finally decided to join the Earl family, well she didn't decide, the Dr. said its time. She was born on 12-14-05 at 7:38a.m. She was 20 1/2 inches long and weighed 8 lbs even. She is healthy and had all her limbs, fingers, toes, and everything else. Brenda is doing well and just relieved to be done with the pregnancy. Logan and Alyssa are doing great and love their new little sister.

Happy Halloween

Halloween was a happy holiday here in the Earl househould. We carved pumpkins got FREE candy! I think the kids love this holiday. Logan loved the pumpkin I carved with him in mind. Logan was his favorite Star Wars character, Darth Vader. Alyssa was Tinkerbelle.
Brenda took the kids to her parents trunk-or-treat at their stake center due to me having to work (as usual). It took the kids a few stops before they realized that they were getting candy for free. After that, they couldn't move fast enough. I think they are already thinking about next year.

Quick update on Brenda, she is getting ready to have the baby, as was the case with Logan and Alyssa, this baby is going to be early, its just a matter of how soon. The Dr. says after she hits 34 weeks which is the 11th he won't do anything to try and stop the baby from coming. I want her to at least make it to the 18th, so stay tuned.

Oh to sleep like a baby.

I came home the other night tired and ready to sleep after 12 and a half hours of work and couldn't help but laugh to see the way Alyssa was sleeping. Isn't it funny how kids can go to bed with their heads on their pillows and turn completely upside down in their sleep.

Alyssa starts dance class!

Well today we went out and got Alyssa two dresses for her dance class. She is so excited to go to dance class. She especially likes to put on her little outfits. She loves to run and dance whenever the songs come on when she watches Disney movies, so we figured we would give dance classes a whirl.

Logan's 4!

Well Friday the 30 of September Logan hit that landmark of four years old. You say landmark, yes that means we kept him through ages 2 and 3. He got just what he wanted, the Millinium Falcon, or as he would say the Millium Fulcrum. Logan had a Star Wars party, and he loved it. Logan has become a Star Wars fanatic. All he wants to do is play and watch Star Wars. All I can say to that is its better than watching Sponge Bob.
