This was out of the goodness of my Mothers heart, and she was going to live with us in the one story house and thats why I bought it with my two story house money and my real estate income in May 2005 and why I shopped for a house for 4 years , for my Mother to live with my daughters and I in her very old age, and in 2007 she was getting older and I planned for her to move in soon at that time, and thats why she gave me money as she said I don’t need it you need it, as soon she was moving in and selling or renting her house in Sherman Oaks, so my Mom gave me money when I asked to borrow it in 2007.
