Easter!

 Marc's mom always does such an amazing job for Easter.  And she's willing to put up with this little dude looking like this afterward!  She really is so patient though.

She also puts on the ultimate treasure find.  Instead of the usual egg hunt, she has a list of different things each kid has to find.  She even prints a picture of each one so the kids don't have to know how to read to do it.  They always come back with a huge bucket of things and they love it.

This is the Kohler Easter party down at Nan's house. 

 My Aunt Tracy made these amazing cupcakes.  They were seriously fancier then you could get at any cupcake shop.  You can't have a bad party when you've got these, right?

March Randomness and Spring Break

 Isabel is our little climber.  She climbs EVERYTHING!  She even climbs our door frames.  She was the first person in her gymnastics class to make it to the top of the rope.  I'm have to admit, I like having such a tough little girl.

 This dude can fall asleep anywhere, even hanging off a barstool.  Only problem- he won't sleep when we want him to!

I got the piviledge of hanging out with these 2 munchkins for an afternoon... Too cute!

Spring Break

We didn't have a trip for spring break this year but I think we ended up having a blast just doing things close to home.  We were definitely just as tired as we would have been after a vacation.  We started with making the kids favorite desert.  They like to both make and eat fruit pizza.  They had been begging me for a month so they were pretty excited.

Next was hollywood planet.  We had never been there before but with my groupon getting us all in for 20 bucks, I figured we had nothing to lose.  The kids actually had blast and we hit it on a slow day.

The next day we headed up to Aunt Stephs house and took advantage of her clubhouse pool.  We are up to 11 grand kids now in the Davis clan and yes, it was quite a job trying to swim with them all!

 I got to take Gabe down to Mayfield for the last part of Spring break and we got the grand tour of the infamous Sorenson ranch.  Gabe showed us how to feed the horses, ride the 'cart', and swing!

 The kids had a blast.  Only problem is now they beg to go back every time Gabe does!

Really it was a breeze.  Thanks to modern medicine and tv's in the ceiling, Gabe hardly noticed anything.

The one Snowfall...

 With the dry winter, we knew we had a short window of opportunity so we jumped on it. The kids had fun and I look like a cool mom, right!

Father and Son footprints...

 We got new carpet and floorboards downstairs.  Gabe loves to work side by side with his dad and I thought these footprints in the dust showed just that.  Too sweet.

 The kids especially enjoyed having the double couches up stairs.  Really, toys are way overrated!
