These are the musings of a silver divorcee. Married at 19, separated at 51, divorced at 52. Looking back, looking forward, being present and flights of fantasy. The road to recovery after over 3 decades with a narcissist. Within these pages I will share my artwork, poetry and insights from personal experience and research.
