a baltimore pumpkin patch

we took the time when we were in baltimore to take all the kids to the pumpkin patch...

it was so much fun!

there was face paints, horse rides, hay rides, feeding the animals, a train ride, some of the biggest produce i've ever seen, smiles, laughs and it was a great day...

this was the money shot of the day...james has always been a little intimidated by horses and this horse in particular was very big and pretty aggressive about being fed...

miss moo was in heaven with all of the horses!

this is Grandma & Grandpa Boyle's backyard and all the guys and kids played baseball the entire day we spent there, the kids loved it and the weather was so nice

vacation 2012

last week we set off to Baltimore, Maryland

to visit and meet the Boyle family!

i was so nervous for the flights and worried the kids wouldn't do very good for a very long days journey, but we made it!

the kids did great on the flights and even slept on the last leg of the trip.

we had a 2 hour layover in Atlanta and spent most of it at Chilli's eating lunch...what a huge airport that is, but luckily our connecting flight gate was right where we landed

Baltimore in the fall was so beautiful...

picturesque fall colors and huge trees along the roadways, we were do delighted to see a change in scenery! 

miss moo had a birthday too

our baby turned 3 last month :(

she is so big these days 

she knows what she wants and makes sure you know it

we love her sass and how independent she is

 this cake tasted so much better then it looked

homemade carmel frosting doesn't spred well

 playing with her new cinderella castle and brother's bad guys these two have quite the imagination 

 all she wanted was a snow white costume

and as usual daddy delivered!

we had a small family party for this girl and she scored big time in the dress up department

as if she needed anything else...happy birthday my sweet girl! we love you!
