Kids Back to School-Me Back to Fitness

It is that time of year when my kids head back to school and i find myself with new found energy to get moving and ready for the ski season. So here is to the new school year goals.

1. Eat at HOME!!! summer is over and it is time to make meals at home. My goal is to eat at home or take a packed lunch for all meals exempt 2 per week.

2. Work out for one hour a day, plus continue to be active with the kids. With summer gone this is were I must plan and schedule active outings with my kids or they too will disappear as fast as the summer did.

3. go to bed at a earlier hour. 10pm is the goal.
