Rich Larson

I’m Rich Larson, and I write speculative fiction. If you’ve found this page, you’ve probably read some of it—if you haven't yet, here are some&nbsp;<a href="http://richwlarson.tumblr.com/freereads" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">free samples</a>. Since 2012 I’ve published 200+ stories, the majority of them in magazines like Asimov’s, Analog, Clarkesworld, F&amp;SF, Lightspeed, and Reactor, and two utterly unrelated standalone novels, YA alien invasion tale Annex and grimy far-future post-cyberpunk Ymir. My work has been translated into over a dozen languages, including Polish, French, Romanian, and Japanese, and adapted into an Emmy-winning episode of LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS. Basically, I have a lot of stories to tell. That’s why I originally made this Patreon page: so I could spend less time stocking shelves at a liquor store, and more time writing fiction that moves and surprises and just plain entertains. And because I appreciate the people who support my work, I wanted to come up with a tangible way to thank them — whether with behind-the-scenes author commentaries or sneak peeks at my latest WIP.Writers don’t exist without readers, after all, and I wouldn’t be able to set this trajectory on my own.
