Halloween Fun!

Halloween this year was so much fun. We all dressed in costumes from the renaissance. Between Trunk-or Treat and the good 'ol Trick-or-Treat, we got enough candy to last us until next year.

A dream, fulfilled

It has been a dream of mine to enter something in the State fair, and win. Yesterday that dream was fulfilled with a beautiful 3rd place white ribbon.

Just Like Me!

Megan's First Homework assignment was to make a paper doll look just like herself. With very minimal help from me, she made the cutest doll you ever did see. The creation was all her own design. Lexi, of course, couldn't resist the opportunity to make her own doll, so here you have it...

She's Growing up too fast

Where did the time go? when did she get so big? ... Megan's First day of Kindergarten was Yesterday. She was so exited. I have never seen her get so big so fast, like she did Yesterday. Does she like her teacher? Megan's response "GOOD". Does she like school? "It's Fun". I hope I get more detailed responses when the shock of change wears off. I'm so proud of her. It's a brave thing to be going to school for the first time, and we all accomplished this feat without tears! Here I am, a new found mom of a kindergartner.... signing off...

We're Moving!!!

We found this great home for rent in Draper Utah. We are beyond excitement to be able to move, hopefully by the first of April. This home thrilled me from the moment I walked in. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a loft, and tons of storage space. The best part is the massive deck out back, with a gas grill! Not to mention a HUGE back yard. We have been dying for a back yard. Megan keeps asking if we can get a kitty now that we'll have a back yard. I suppose we'll have to think about that and see.
