My BFA Show 2011

This isn't a complete list, once I get around to saving smaller files for the web I will upload the rest. In the meantime, Enjoy~ Sorry I had to size them down considerably  (down to like 10% of the original size) so now you cant see some of the fun details, but what can you do right?

BFA 2011 - Teasers

Wow, I cant believe that I am only 2 days away from hanging my BFA and 4 from being officially finished. What a ride. For those of you in the area, I would love to have you come see the display I will be hanging in the Sky-walk between the MC and the McKay Library. The BFA Reception is at 7pm on Thursday July 7th 2011. I will have the pleasure of hanging with my friend Ray, who will be across from me. There are so many talented people this year, and I think you will enjoy it. I will upload pictures of the completed project once I finish. In the meantime here are some teaser images:

Alas, after my sculpture stayed far too long in the bag and began to mold, I broke her head off. Doh! However it made for a fun photo shoot.

Another Old one, and yes, its tiny. These will only be displayed at about 400px max in either dimension. I created this one before I decided I wanted to print some of them :)

Finished M29 Stielhandgranate. Sorry I'm feeling lazy so I didn't do anything in the background. Also note, blogger re sampled the image so it is substantially smaller/lower resolution. It was created at 11" x 17" at 300dpi. So you wont really get the full effect of details unless you see the print in person.
