What industry are they in: Home Insurance

Number of Employees: 2000

Project Requirement: Create a 5-10-minute short mandatory visually appealing course, which the employees have to complete twice a year.

Present Challenge: The employees do not like the existing 60-minute-long training.

Project Requirement: ABC Ltd., a travel company, needs to enhance the communication skills of its front-end employees, who regularly interact with customers over the phone and face-to-face. The company seeks a training program that will equip their employees with the skills to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in various customer service scenarios, such as handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing travel advice. The goal is to ensure that employees can deliver a high-quality customer experience and represent the company positively.

Clamber – to climb

You clamber your way up to the top, only to realize that there is nothing but an empty space full of despair. So enjoy the journey rather than living only to achieve the goal you have set for yourself. Goals are important as they give meaning to our life but it should not define us. There are so many other aspects that define a human being – their relationships, their character, their daily efforts to survive.

Repudiate – Reject with Disapproval

Jane requested her boss not to repudiate her work even without seeing it. We often repudiate people even before knowing them well. This folly in human character has brought forth the whole debate on nepotism. Artists who do not have a famous parent are outright rejected by the big and famous. The selection of an actor should be based on merit and not the family background. That would also be a favor to the audience who will be able to view quality content. Let us hope for a better future.

Skyfall

What if the sky falls on us someday. The entire earth will seize to exist. All the love, hate and despair will come to an end. A brand new world might get created post that. But if all of us come to an end in one day, who will be left to enjoy the new world. So to prevent the humanity from coming to an end, we should open the doors and windows of our heart and embrace each other with love and kindness. Let us be a little more humane and accommodate each other’s foibles.
