Jacob Makes a Friend

He is probably going to kill me for posting this specially because he doesn' even know that I took the picture in the first place. He asked if Morgan can come eat over but before they came in they were sitting in our back yard on a very unused swing set. He looks cute on it though.

I had to get one of him by himself... He just looks so happy!!!

Catching up on classes

I am taking a few classes and have ran a little behind so my goal is to try to catch up this week. So Here is one of my lessons completed. I think it turned out great!! (click on it if you want to see it bigger to read what is written on it.)

Our Visit from the Missionaries

I really wish I would have gotten a picture of us all together but I forgot. I did remember however to get pictures of them trying to get on the unicycle. It is so hard to get your balance so we thought to put the between the garbage cans. Huh still really didn't work but we all had a great laugh and a blast of fun...

2 wonderful weeks with Richard...

So much to catch up on!!

We Loaded up our belongings!! All in 1 truck!! I think we are getting to good at this ( please no comments LOL) and we were ready for our 4 day long adventure!! It is pretty scary staying in hotels with your whole life in a truck with only a pad lock to secure it!!

We hit a little weather problems but I think the sky looked worse then what actually came down. We stayed a last night in Lancaster at the Oxford Inn and rested up for our long drive ahead!! Then we stopped in Mesquite , NV had to sneak our little puppies into a hotel and they got very confused!!

Our next stop will be our new home!! Utah here we come. We arrived in the late afternoon on Daylight savings so we ended up losing 2 hours that day which is really hard, harder then I thought it would be. We once again dropped our lives off in hopes it would be thee when we came back the next day. We were lucky enough to be able to have dinner with Richard's sister Linda and Tom at wonderful Olive Garden then back to the hotel for a nice indoor swim for the kids!! It was nice that they stayed at the same hotel so we were able to visit with them most of the night and say good bye in the morning.

Our Home!!

Our new home!! I will try to post some pictures of the view in a day or so it is so beautiful here!! I love the neighborhood, everyone is so friendly!!

It has a little smaller kitchen but I am getting used to it!! I have to say it is easier to keep it clean!!

But look at my craft room I love it!! Of course it doesn't look like that any more!! I will have to post after shot of it in a couple days as well!!

Oh Jacob what to do with you!!

So we went to church at our new ward yesterday!! They introduce us in sacrament and we are in the back, everyone turns around to see who we are ( like all 300-350 of them) and Jacob gives everyone a huge wave!! People chuckle and after we sit down the Bishop says (laughing) Thanks for that wave Jacob!! Then he goes to priesthood and they say to Jacob I have to say I have never seen anyone do that before. So Do you think everyone will remember us??

Our Neighborhood Temple!!

This is the Temple that we live 2 miles away from!! What a wonderful blessing to live so close to a Temple.

A Fast Trip!! Another State!!

We thought we would take advantage of our time off and go see some friends of ours that moved from Modesto to Idaho. Hello Stoddard's here we come!! Although we only moved to Utah 4 days before that I know a little crazy. We were all unpacked and pictures were hung so we though lets go!! ( See I told you we were getting to good at this moving thing) Jacob decided to stay behind and he missed a wonderful trip!!

We brought Amanda with us!! The Stoddard's daughter who is away in Utah at school. I think she really thinks we are crazy!! But she survived...

A little contest it was a tie Jeff, Amanda, and Richard!! See Jacob would have loved this part!!

What would visiting the Stoddard's be if we didn't have cooking involved.

Now I am sure you all feel left out not getting any of those!! They were so good I think I ate half the batter!!
