Merry Christmas!

Just wanted to write a quick note and say Merry Christmas to everyone! My hope for this Christmas season is to focus more on the things that matter most! I am so grateful for everything I have, everyday I realize just how lucky I am. Some one special to me sent me this
utube video to watch. Watching it made me less interested in getting that new sweater I saw at Nordstrom and more interested in helping out others. I posted the video at the bottom of the page. Check it out, its pretty humbling.

Oh and while I am posting---shout out to my siblings? Seriously How CUTE are we?

Grrrr

Couldn't fall asleep cause I was thinking about test.
Woke up early cause I was thinking test.
Left apt late cause I was thinking about test.
Missed my exit cause I was thinking about test.
Phew, got there right on time but realized I forgot my calculator at home thinking about test.
Found out random people suck and won't borrow me their calculator.
Sweating and freaking out cause test has started.
Seth to rescue with his calculator, thank goodness for bikes.
Got to test late but still couldn't think about test cause I was still panicking.
Did not finish test.
Sitting in lecture thinking about test.

Anyone, ideas on how to stop thinking? Please?

Tahoe and L.A

Finally I am blogging! I have not blogged for so long and so this post might be a long one.

Rob and I have had such an amazing summer. I am so bumbed that its almost over but even more so because its not 100 degrees outside anymore. Today was a messily 75 degrees! Depressing right? I am a total sucker for warm weather and so for our last couple of weekends I have been making sure that I make the best of what little left of the season we have.

We went to Tahoe two weeks ago for the weekend. We did an amazing hike and then just hung out around town the next day.

Then for Labor Day Weekend we went to L.A. I am utterly in love with LA and hope that one day I can live there, then I will switch off weekends to where I go to the beach for one of them and Disney land for the next.

Horsetail Falls. Rob and I got lost but fortunately we found our way back on the trail.

We were next to a big waterfall for most of the hike. Its was beautiful!

NEWPORT! This is how the weather looked when we got there. I was worried because I just wanted it to be hot and sunny.

Lucky for me it cleared up and I could work on my Tan, my favorite thing to do.

Robs favorite thing to do...EAT GROSS NACHOS!

Disney Land! We went on Space Mountain a couple of times. This is the best ride.

So I am not exactly the biggest dare devil, okay lets face it, I am the biggest wussy. Well one time Rob took me to this water park where he made me come with him down this really really steep slide. Well, when I got up there after climbing like 1000 steps I did not want to go down and pretty much cried like a baby.

Why do I let my husband convince me to do these things----look totally terrified!

I think we were the only people there with cowboy hats on!

I loved Disney Land and am so grateful that Rob and I were able to go. Cant wait to go again.
