Play Date

Corbin goes to Mommy Preschool. There are four kids. Each of the Moms teach once a month. It works out nice. Today it was at our house. We were teaching letter Q. We made crowns for the Queens and Kings. Corbin just LOVES his preschool friends. I watched my friends two daughters for the rest of the afternoon so she could get some stuff down. They all had So much. I put Carter and their baby Honor in the Crib together. They were both so happy. I couldn't decide which picture I liked best. So I put on a few cutes ones.

Fish'n in February

We took the boys to the City Pool to catch ourselves two very good looking Trout. Yes, the city stocks the pool with trout in the annual Fish Out Festival. You can rent a pole and catch up to Five Fish. Corbin loved shaking the pole all around and pressing the line release button. He thought the fish was pretty cool but didn't want to touch it. We had fun enjoying the end of a Texas Winter.ImageImageImageCorbin and Carter liked fishing at the pool but they love to go fishing at home. So here is a little extra video.

Crawling Craziness!

Carter has Amazed Me. In the last week and a half he has covered five new developmental milestones.

1. He started out with the first new trick. Getting up on his hands and knees and rocking. Very cute and fun!
Image
2.He quickly learned that he could get himself into the sitting position by himself.
Image
3. He also learned to pull up on every thing; crib, couches, legs, ...
Image
4. It wasn't long before he was walking around things.
Image
5. Get up on hands and toes, make crawling movements, starts to crawl, crawls in turbo mode, and enters the Indy 500. OK so I made that last one up, but the other stuff really happened. We set him down on the floor today and he's realized that he can crawl so he books it across the room, but did we have our camera ready, of course not. But luckily Tiffany did get this cute video of him crawling and pulling up on the little table he has in his and Corbin's room.

And this was Carter ten days ago, but he started crawling before we were able to post this video.

I'm a Blogger???

So, I am FINALLY starting our very own blog. Upgrading to the latest Technology in picture sharing. I did not really want to blog because I never have anything interesting to say. Who picked the name Blog anyway? It makes me think Blah, blah, blah Blogger. This is a good place for us to come and talk about whatever we want. Lucky for you, you can choose if you want to read it or not. Hopefully it will not be all rubbish rambling.

I have not been taking very many pictures lately. I guess this will help me to take more. Just expect random pictures in no particular order. Hopefully you will enjoy keeping in touch with us. If you have a blog, or if you start a blog send me the link so we can keep up with you too. Living down South will get you out of touch with the "other" side of the world. Don't be a stranger. Check out our blog. (Once I make some entries.)

Lipstick and veggies

Image
Corbin was helping me open packages we shipped home from Utah. He found some red lip gloss from Grandma and snuck off without me noticing. This was the final outcome. I just looked and him and say, "My, You look Beautiful!"ImageImage He kept wanting to kiss me to make lipstick prints on my face.

PUCKER UP!

The boys had cute matching sweater outfits. They looked so cute playing Candy Land together. Usually it was Carter chewing on the cards but Corbin decided they must taste good and had to try one too.

Carter is really going for the baby food. It took him a few tries before he got the hang of it. Now he wants to eat everything. Corbin loves trying to help feed him too. We usually end up with a big mess one way or the other.
