Baby Sims to come

I know it has been a very long time since I posted anything on this blog. I just thought I would let everyone know that we are having a baby in December. My due date is Dec. 20th but with my current history, all 4 I have not made it past 36 weeks and a couple of days. So hopefully sometime after Turkey day this baby will come. We are excited for this little surprise. As many of you know we have done clomid for 3 of our childern and 1 we did metphormin. This is a little surprise. Anna would love a sister. The boys are all hoping for another brother. I will keep everyone posted.

Love Scentsy stuff!

Image
I am having a Scentsy Open House tomorrow night. I can't wait! I have been saving a thinking about what I wanted for a long time. They have new plugins that I think will be great in the bathrooms. With three little boys in the house you can only imagine what my bathroom is like. New fall scents; I am so ready for pumpkin cookies. If you want to stop by and take a smell and visit feel free.

12 years of bliss!

Today is our 12 year anniversary! Can you believe that? It is hard to imagine my life with out Mac. Over the years my love for him has grown. I treasure the time we are able to spend together. (We have 4 kids so I think I treasure the time even more because it is few and far between.) I was trying to think of highlights from each year that we have been married.
96- went to the dedication of the Bountiful Temple together, went through the temple for the 1st time on the same day, sealed in the Bountiful Temple
97- got a new job at Crystal Canyon, moved to Springville, and got pregnant
98- had a miscarriage, got Milo, built our 1st house
99- had Annastina
00- put in our 1st yard
01- had Jonathan
02- the year of many jobs
03- learned a lot about sacrifice, needs, and wants
04-had Nathaniel
05- LoveSac bliss
06-went on our dream vacation to Europe, got pregnant with Ben
07-new job, new house, new friends, new ward, new car, new baby, Ben arrives(only baby we have not done fertility drugs to get), Anna got baptized
08- involved in our kids school, busy with life, still in love
Thanks Mac for EVERYTHING! I love you more and more each day.

Summer Schedule

So the kids are home and summer is here! We have a pretty busy schedule this summer trying to keep everyone busy. I thought of this brilliant idea to keep everyone busy this summer. I decided if we did a schedule where we had something to do everyday of the week then the kids would know what our plan is and what we need to accomplish.
Monday- Kid Fitness, Reading Tutoring, and Library
Tuesday - Field Trip Day
Wednesday - Kid Fitness and Reading Tutoring
Thursday - Errands and Playdates
Friday - Trade in the Daycare and the Legacy Center
So far the schedule seems to be working. We keep ourselves very busy in the morning hours and then make sure that the afternoons are quiet and we can still get in our naps.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the fieldtrips if anyone is interested.

24-Jun Hike Cascade Springs up American Fork Canyon Cost to get up canyon - $3.00
1-Jul Thanksgiving Point Dino Museum Adult - $9.50, 3 to 12 - $7.50, 2 & under - Free
8-Jul Hike to Bridal Vail Falls in Provo Canyon Free - might want to bring an extra set of clothes for your kids cause they will get wet playing in the waterfall.
15-Jul The Children's Gardens at Thanksgiving Point Adults - $5.00, Children - $3.00
22-Jul Sweet's Candy Factory 3780 West Directors Row (1100 South) - by the airport
Free (except for all the candy you will want to buy!)
29-Jul Water fun activity in the park by my house
Free - wear a swimsuit and good running sandals. Bring squirt guns if you have them.
4-Aug Wheeler Farm 6351 South 900 East SLC Free, however, there is a small fee for various activities and special events provided on the farm.
12-Aug Gateway Discovery Museum 444 West 100 South, Salt Lake City

Had the best time with Alison

So, my dear friend and roomate from Ricks College recently had a birthday. I was able to go to lunch with her and visit. Of course we had a double date with Abby and Ben in tote but that is just how it is with our lives right now.
Now that I have been home and seen your blog Alison... You are SO RIGHT about the hair. I have not stopped laughing. I still like the style.
Great food, great conversation, and fun memories. Love spending time with you Alison. Thanks.

Art Auction at Mountainville Academy

I haven't posted in a while I have been so BUSY!
Wow... The art projects are turning out so amazing. I am so pleased with the results. We are making a class art project for each class and then we will auction each piece off at our auction in April. I will post some pictures soon and try to explain some of them.
