Winter Wonderland

Image We think that the Christmas tree looks nice in the front window. We are excited to have this house all full of people in a couple of weeks!!!

There's lots of snow waiting for everyone!Image

We got these new penguins today so that there would be something fun to look at in the back yard. I casually mentioned to Steve that I'd also like an igloo for them.

September posting

For you Chi Omegas, here is the Preference Night spread. I'm sure it brings back fond memories. The gold chargers are Liz's. The Chi O's had a good rush. Chelsea Winegar and Sara Cannon both pledged.

The biggest news is the engagement of Jonathan Murdock and Grace. They are soooo happy. We are too! Jonny is a fantastic boy and treats Grace with great love and respect. We rarely see one of them without the other. They are inseparable and smile constantly. We are excited about adding Jon to our family.

Please mark December 29th on your calendars. We hope you will be able to join us at the Salt Lake Temple at about 10:00 AM and at the Rice Eccles Stadium for a lovely wedding dinner.

Caroline's wedding dinner was a fabulous affair! Her dress was stunning, her hair great, and she had the biggest smile on her face all night!!
I'm just learning how to put pictures on the blog, so I'll try some more.

Grace the triathlete

Image

This morning, Grace completed her first triathlon. It is called the 4th Street Clinic Triathlon. It is organized and run by the medical students and all proceeds go to helping the clinic serve the homeless down on 4th South and 4th West in SLC. I was really impressed with how slick the whole thing was done. Grace was strong and finished 101st. I don't yet know how many participants there were but shee looked great. Of course the swimming was her strongest event.
