I’m a Portuguese independent illustrator, currently living in Barcelona!
I graduated in Communication Design from Escola Universitária das Artes de Coimbra, Portugal, in 2006.
Since 2008 I’ve been working with publishers, such as Porto Editora, Edições Asa, Polvo, illustrating and doing graphic design for books, comicbooks, and graphic novels.
In 2021 I decided to tell my own stories as well and wrote, illustrated and published A Little Girl, a silent comic book.
I love to learn and I am a curious person!
My curiosity got me to do illustrations, short comics, and books to help communicate science, in collaboration with organizations such as the Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology, from the University of Coimbra, or the international project Living River.
