Pat had his 36th birthday. All he wanted for his brithday was sushi. So, he picked some up at the store and kept picking at it all day. He even got after me for making him a cake. The kids picked him out a shirt and were so excited to give it to him. We sure love having this man in our lives!

11 Years
With perfect timing, Pat made it home from his 3 week fire on our anniversary. It’s always so wonderful to have him come home! He surprised me the next day; we dropped off the kids and spent a night away. We ate a delicious dinner, enjoyed some dessert, wonderful conversation, and some time together. I love spending time with this man of mine. I can’t believe it’s been 11 years! CRAZY!!!
Thanksgiving
Our Thanksgiving was super chill. We started the day with a family 5k/half marathon. Richie and Rachel ran the half, the rest of us did the 5k. I was so proud of the kids, especially Branson who hates running. After the race everyone headed over to my house for some great company and great food. It was such a fun, relaxing Thanksgiving. I hope we have many more like it.
Pat was supposed to run with Rachel, but ended up on a fire in North Carolina instead. He was gone for 3 weeks, missing Thanksgiving. It was crazy to have him gone in November, but it was nice to have the kids in school for part of it.
The day after Thanksgiving we set up the Christmas tree. The kids were so excited, and had so much fun.
November
Apparently November was the month of no pictures. My folder for november has a total of 19 pictures. 19. Some months, I have over 300. Well, here are some of the best of those 19.
After our trip to Maui, I put together this travel wall in my office. I can’t wait to add more pictures of places we’ve been!!! I love travel!
Our November was extra warm. It was so nice that we spent a few days at the park. It was so nice to play outside in November with out jackets. I feel bad, I was really good at taking the older kids to the park all the time, but these younger ones are not quite as lucky.
We also picked up some passes that get us unlimited rock climbing and laser tag for a year. The kids are in heaven!!! Even Claire is taken with the rock climbing. A while ago our couch broke and now it’s so broken the kids and actually climb inside it. They call it the sinky spot, and all take their turns hiding it it. They can get so far down, that you can’t even see them.
