Now you may be thinking that I wouldn't have any Ufo's to go well  here is the first pile in these boxes some contain more that one, so I will be at it for a long time.

I have lost some info so I decided to look in here.  Guess what its not there.

This is the after photo, I have filed all the patterns back into their right folders and made this space a bit more manageable.

Well I'm off to do some house hold chores now.

Ufo's are getting done

Now I have finished off the last of my swaps it's time to get back into finishing some Ufo's and Angus teacher's gifts.

Santa Sack Swap

I am still around, I have been working on a lot of swap's lately so haven't been able to post pictures.

I was very lucky to be paired up with Anorina.  Angus and I opened them up together (what 7 yo doesn't like to open gifts.

Angus found a gift for him so he had to open it first.

A bag, some fabric, a table runner, a bee mat, hand cream and nail file, a notebook, a sewing caddy, pot holders.   I have been very spoiled so thank you Anorina for the beautiful gifts.

Christmas in July Swap

I have been doing lots of secret sewing for Christmas in July, I have to wait until the person returns from holidays before I can show you what I sent.

Lyn was my secret partner and these are the gorgeous gifts that I received from her.  My little helper helped me with the unwrapping.

First up it came in a huge bag.

Stitchers Retreat Christmas in July

Today I spent the day with some great friends at "Christmas in July" in Monbulk run By Karen Martin of Mrs Martins quilt shop.  Our designers for the day  were Lisa from Fig'n'Berry Creations and Leanne from Petals and Patches.

Our frist FHFS

Our first Friends having fun swap was Epp.

Also include in her gift was Lindt chocolates (Andrew informed me these were his favorites ), another hexi bag perfect size for my light, A seaside bear on fabric, a bird button, cottage garden thread, fabric and a tin filled with blue and green buttons.

Long time not here

It's been a long time since I have been here, since last year we have been on holidays to Cairns, I went back to work after 6 1/2 year, had Christmas, Chinese New Year, Start of a new school year (Angus is now in grade 1) and now Easter is here.

I have done a little sewing but I have a lot of UFO's to finish.

Last weekend I attended another Stitched in Time sewing day hosted by Gail Pan and Ramona Hermann, these days are always fantastic and we get total spoiled.  It is a great day to catch up with friends from a far.

We were spoiled by these beautiful goodie bags.
