Orange County - Days 5 & 6

Day 5 - The Beach - May 27, 2018

Today was a good day to visit the beach. 

Collecting little seashells. 

Digging holes. 

Eating grapes. 

Playing dead to see how close the seagulls would come. 

1 whole family in the hole. 

Obligatory animal head picture. The things we do for the 'gram. 

Day 6 - Heading Home - May 28, 2018

This was our airbnb that we rented.  It was fun to have a shared place, even if it was in a bit of a sketchy part of the valley.

Flying home.

Orange County - Day 4

Day 4 - Tide Pools & Swimming Pools - May 26, 2018

First stop today was at the tide pools at Little Corona Beach.

Wherever there is sand is a good place to get dirty.

After the tide pools we joined some friends of our friends at the timeshare in Newport.  It was fun to have access to the pool. 

Look how nice that looks.  I'm typing this 2.5 years later in the dead of winter and I would love to be at a pool with palm trees right now!

Lyla was happy to have help brushing her hair. 

Tomorrow we visit the beach!

Orange County - Day 3

Day 3 - Disneyland - May 25, 2018

Today we visited Disneyland. 

First order of business, Nutella waffles. 

Ada giving the ol' sword in the stone a good yank.

Rachel's a good sport to take the kids on the teacups. 

Driving takes extreme concentration. 

Tigger likes Lyla's hair because it matches his fur. I wonder if Tigger has a soul.

This crispy pork belly skewer from Bengal Barbecue was delicious. 

Kate just missed her chance to ride on Kissimee Kate. 

Next stop, Toontown.  My least favorite Disney lands. 

We finally were able to try the grey stuff.  It was pretty delicious. 

Tomorrow we visit tide pools and a resort.
