What a trouble maker IE Michael II

This morning I was bathing the kids and as I was washing Kaylene hair I took Michael II out of the tub and sent him to see his Dad.  He never made it to his dad.  This is what he did instead.

This is Michael's first time on Santa's lap

I am not sure if he knows who this realy is but for both of my kids the only

Santa for the first year or so I can get my kids to sit with is Grandpa Kelley. 

I love that my Dad likes to play Santa so much.

 

 

Kaylene at this time loves to sit on any Santa's lap this is her third one. 

The funny thing is when we went back to the car to meet up with Grandpa Kelley

she said I sat on your lap.  Then changed it and said I sat on Santa's lap

 

So funny.

Kaylene thinks winking is fun and has been trying to do so for sometime now she come up to me last week and said she could do it. I asked her to do it again for the camera and took this video.

The News

      So for those that my not know we will be moving to Pocatello ID in May.  Michael will be opening a Cutco District office there. We are happy and sad about this move.  It is always sad to leave friends and it is always scary to move to some place that you have never been, But we are looking forward to the new people we get to meet and places to see.

 

Other news for this month the Volvo died so we bought a new car.  Michael and I have always said we did not want a mini van but when it can to buying a new car for our fast growing family we needed something that was roomie and was afordable with gas so we ended up with a mini van. 

Michael has taken a long time to come to turms with this and always says that it is my car even though he has it more then I do at this time.

Little Michael

Michael is almost 21 months old and for the last few weeks he has been telling me when he wants his diaper changed, and has been telling me his wants to go potty. So today I let him go for about 20 min without a diaper as his wanted to just sit on the little potty chair. Just as I was done and telling him it was time to put back on his dipper his potty chair started to sing. I am so proud of him and maybe if this keeps up I will only have the new baby in diaper. He is sure growning fast and wants to be like Kaylene and do what Kaylene is doing.

What Happened Over the Summer

Sorry it has been awhile but let me give you an tour of our summer fun.

This is in no order, the picture did not load right.

We Played at the park a lot

took Michael a month to warm up to swinging

at first Kaylene would not get in the splash pad but there were someday it was so hot she was in

 We danced

 With baby's

 took the Cub Scouts Hiking

 The two that showed up 

 we took napes 

 played out side 

 and got wet

 OK Kaylene got Michael wet

 We played with new toys

 we played at the lake

 and in the sand

 and went swimming, we also when swimming at our pool at the apartments.

 We won free Baseball game tickets

 She was more willing to see her then Michael was.  

Michael talk about them when we were safe in our seats but when we went down he just cried 

 We have fun with Grandma Kaylene and Grandpa Kelley

 Michael and I celebrated our first date by going back to a concert 

 Said Good Bye To Uncle Spencer as he went off to College

 Kaylene gave herself a black eye with make-up

 Two days later Michael gave himself a black eye

 we had a family hike

And Kaylene turned 3 her theme to the party was Buterfly

Dad told me I could not get him to were the hat

we also won a gift card to Red Robins

so we went for Kaylene Birthday dinner

and we stood next to a really big hours
