Whiteface has something for all ages and abilities. From steeps to powder, long groomers to the Slides, Bear Den Learning Center, adventure, challenge, and spectacular views, Whiteface has it all. It is a mountain for the entire family.

On top of what Mother Nature delivers, Whiteface keeps improving its snowmaking systems, making them stronger, smarter, and more efficient. That means longer seasons and more consistent conditions across the mountain’s huge terrain. The past two years, the crew had runs open from the summit on opening day.

Winch technology has taken grooming to the next level, making for great conditions even on the steepest trails. Whiteface is adding a new PistenBully 600 Winch Ready snowcat to a fleet that already includes seven other PistenBully 600s and two 400 Park Pros. There’s also a PistenBully 600 E+ — a hybrid diesel-electric cat.

Whiteface has some of the best skiing you’ll find anywhere in the East, with Olympic runs, the Slides, and everything in between. More snowmaking, more awesome terrain, more of everything you love about being on the mountain. With 3,430′ of vertical to ski and ride, the challenge never ends.

The addition of The Notch a couple of years ago better connected Bear Den to the rest of Whiteface, getting around the mountain has never been easier. Now, a brand-new fixed-grip double chair on Little Whiteface is set to be ready to roll for 2025/26. Just like the old lift, you can hop off at the top of Mountain Run or stay on to the top.
