Traditional soft-skills training is passive. I built a Voice-First simulation where executives don't just read about leadership—they practice it.   • The Challenge:The client developed a digital tool ("Seth Yerng") to educate workers on legal rights, but faced a common digital transformation hurdle: the gap between technical developers and non-technical end-users. The app risked low adoption due to a lack of user-centric onboarding and stakeholder buy-in.
  • The Strategy: I acted as the Product Strategy Bridge, translating technical requirements and content into user-friendly adoption workflows. I designed and led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder enablement sessions, ensuring the technology was accessible, intuitive, and relevant to the target workforce.
  • The Outcome: Successfully bridged the tech-literacy gap, ensuring widespread adoption of the platform across key demographics. This project demonstrated that successful digital transformation relies less on code and more on strategic human enablement.

  • The Challenge: Supply chain compliance data is notoriously dense, dry, and difficult for stakeholders to digest. The client needed to communicate complex regulatory and social sustainability metrics to a global audience without losing engagement or accuracy.
  • The Strategy: I initiated and produced a 147-page publication that transformed raw compliance data into a compelling narrative. By applying Data Storytelling principles, I converted abstract legal/compliance metrics into "human-centric" stories that resonated with international stakeholders while maintaining rigorous accuracy.
  • The Outcome: Delivered a high-impact publication that served as a cornerstone for the client’s global sustainability communication. This project proves that regulatory content does not have to be boring—it just needs the right narrative strategy.

The Challenge

I provided Risk-First Digital Strategy, conducting high-stakes Due Diligence (DD) and regulatory assessments. Role: Solo Developer | Platform: PC (Windows)

Modern learners expect the same level of engagement from their training as they get from their apps. I developed this project to demonstrate how Gamification Mechanics, such as Discovery Learning and Intrinsic Rewards, can turn a passive experience into an active problem-solving challenge. This proves I can build training that employees want to finish.

Key Mechanics:

  • Scaffolded Problem Solving: Designed a "progressive difficulty" curve. Players (learners) must master simple logic rules before facing complex multi-stage puzzles, mirroring best practices in Instructional Scaffolding.
  • Visual Reinforcement Loops: Engineered a "Runtime Material Swap" system. When a learner succeeds, the entire environment instantly transforms from dead stone to living green providing a massive dopamine reward for the 'correct answer.'
  • Non-Verbal Instruction: Removed text-based instructions entirely. Instead, I used lighting cues (visual affordances) to guide behavior, proving that intuitive design often teaches better than lengthy manuals.

With 17+ years of expertise in legal consultancy and capacity building, I recognized a critical gap: traditional methods (slides, lectures) cannot scale to meet the demands of the modern workforce.

In 2024, I strategically expanded my consultancy to the U.S. to address this challenge. Integrating my background in governance and L&D with advanced methodologies from my Master's in Narrative & Emerging Media systems at ASU, I developed the UpskillsXR framework.
