(I've used that subject line before) Maybe I should be getting more sleep. If only I can find the time.

I have to run to the store this afternoon. Hopefully it won't take too long. I was hoping to avoid it, but I'm making cinnamon rolls for the Holiday Bazaar this weekend. Selling food for the Bazaar is a big Band Boosters fund raiser, so I've got to do my part. I made 60 cinnamon rolls last year, and they sold them all, so I'm making at least 60 this year and maybe more. I haven't decided yet. I thought I had all the ingredients, but I'm a little low on powdered sugar for the icing, so I'm going to the store. While I'm at it, I'll also grab some more flour and some bananas and lettuce and ...well, the list goes on. I'll probably grab at least one turkey, too. They're 38¢/lb. - and I've only got two in the freezer now.  I cooked one last week.  So good!  I'm making Turkey Potato Soup for dinner.

I don't even get to sleep in on Saturday, because Cory and I are volunteering for a few hours at the Bazaar, and we have to be over to school by 7:30, with all those yummy cinnamon rolls.

I was going to go lay out in the sun - get some sun, get some sleep - and then the clouds came up.  Yes, I know you can still get a tan even when it's cloudy, but somehow it just doesn't seem right.  I know I could definitely get some sleep even though it's cloudy.  Usually I use laying out as an excuse to read, but today it would be a fine excuse to sleep.  Maybe the only excuse I need is that I'm too old to go to a big party and stay out late, but I hate to admit that.
