This Christmas 8f8 brought us a beautiful set of these darling patched up companions. They are the cutest and super adorable. I am showing the decor version though there is also a wearable companion. Shy crocket the crocodile has my heart right now as it reminds me of Florida.
Speaking of beautiful. Finca did an amazing gacha set for this Christmas season. The tree and the small buildings on the table make up the set. The buildings can be used together or apart and I did resize to fit on the table. Reminiscent of when I was growing up and having something similar during for our Christmas decor.
Bricolage is having an advent this year and I’m so in love with some of the gifts. These beautiful green pillows for one are just so my thing. Tree design is so elegant and I want to have these in real life. Another advent gift is the greeting card on the cabinet. I am showing only one, though you get four for the gift. Grab these while you can as afterwards they may just be gone forever.

These are fully inspired by the classic Chelsea Boots we all know and love. When thinking of closet staples in their purest form, a low-heeled, short, quality leather slip on boot like a Chelsea checks every box! In terms of versatility, they hit the entire spectrum.
For me personally, I like to keep TWO pairs in my RL shoe collection. One pair is black leather, clean and polished. These are reserved for dressing up and going out. (Styling Tip 1) They pair wonderfully with cropped jeans, midi skirts, anything that reveals that ankle silhouette. (Styling Tip 2) I also love going full contrast by pairing them with a floor length satin/silk gown and throwing on an oversized wool sweater. The boots and sweater dress the gown DOWN in such a perfect way. This outfit is my cozy elegance ideal. The second pair is for getting dirty. The “work” boots that I don’t fuss about, but still feel lovely and put together in.
Whether you go for one, two, or ten pairs, what you need across the boards is definitely QUALITY. Stick to GOOD leather, and these can last a lifetime!! The only low-heeled boot you will ever need, if I may be so bold.
