I really feel thrown off the past few weeks. I am struggling to find the energy and the attention to get things done. I haven’t been meditating, journaling, or doing yoga, which makes me think there may be some correlation. So, tonight I’ve meditated, journaled, and I’m heading up stairs to do a little yoga right now. Hopefully this is a step back in the right direction.

Well... The Last Drive In is not dead after all. Despite tonight being announced as the series finale, Shudder will air four specials over the remainder of the year. The show is going to find a new home and that is probably for the best. Shudder is a shell of what it was when it first launched. I only subscribe a few times of year to watch The Last Drive In because Tubi has a better selection of horror movies than Shudder does.

Wow.. Xbox has quite a few of the indie games on my wishlist for super low prices. I finally pulled the trigger on: Art of Rally, Super Blood Hockey, Forgive Me Father, and Penny's Big Breakaway.

I resubscribe to Shudder today, well AMC+, to watch The Last Drive In Friday night. Joe Bob Briggs posted a somber sounding video which makes me think he’s going to announce the end of the show or him as the host. If that’s correct this is not the news that horror fans want to hear, especially after Bruce Campbell’s cancer reveal. The world is a better place with Joe Bob Briggs on my TV

The Last Drive In never dies… right?

The MacBook Neo looks perfect for me. I‘ll definitely pick one up in a few months.

I’ve been reading James Cameron’s screenplay for First Blood II: The Mission the Rambo sequel that was not made.

It’s interesting to see what Stallone kept and what he discarded. I honestly think the Cameron script would have made for a better film. He wrote it while in post production for The Terminator while also working on the Aliens screenplay, so this was prime James Cameron.

According to The Last Action Heroes by Nick De Semlyen there was a rumor that Cameron’s script was plagiarized for the film Missing in Action.

Well... this is not how I expected my drive home to go.

On a bright note, my wife has some appointments tomorrow, so I'll need to take off work to take care of this.

Hey... it's been a while.

I haven't blogged much this year, and what I have blogged I've done elsewhere on a lesser known site. I'm really not sure how much blogging I want to do anymore, but I'm inspired by Jason and Darren's use of short posts/photo entries and I thought I'd try something new. Some day I may post a bunch, other days not at all. I guess, we'll just see how this goes.
