Shoetopia – a veritable shoe heaven, will open its pearly gates to indulge your soles November 15th, 2013. The sim design indeed is heavenly, a Utopia for shoe lovers. Spread out in an open layout of two sims, with angelic archways and crystal blue skies, you are among the clouds as you venture through the shoe heaven.
At the heart of the event is SOLES4SOULS, the events charity of choice. A bit about the charity:
Soles4Souls is a global not-for-profit institution dedicated to fighting the devastating impact and perpetuation of poverty. The organization advances its anti-poverty mission by collecting new and used shoes and clothes from individuals, schools, faith-based institutions, civic organizations and corporate partners, then distributing those shoes and clothes both via direct donations to people in need and by provisioning qualified micro-enterprise programs designed to create jobs in poor and disadvantaged communities. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Soles4Souls is committed to the highest standards of operating and governance, and holds a four-star rating with Charity Navigator.
With the devastating damage in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, each participating designer will be offering up an item that will see 100% of its proceeds go directly to Soles4Souls, which is already hard at work aiding this catastrophic time.
The event is more than just a shopping spree, it is for a cause, and I hope that you will be a part of that.

My shoes are the exclusive item from ADJUNCT. This highly detailed, exceptional penny loafer comes in three colors and an option for socks. In addition ADJUNCT creator Josh Latham aka myvegancookbook has created a set of lively colored fun socks for you to add to your closet.
I wore penny loafers all through high school, even put the shiny copper penny in the tongue, so when I saw these I had to have them. Also at TMD, MESHWORX has created these spicy pin – up covered Infinity tables and chairs. Beautifully textured, smooth and minimalist with sexy pin – up girls decorating the surfaces, very unique and without saying a must buy!
Off to Collabor88 you will find the gorgeously spacious Industrial Loft from Barnesworth Anubis. Barnes never fails to create something spectacular, detailed and unique. I love the open bay windows that lead to a spacious patio. The loft is very roomy and was perfect for a recreational room at Chez Raynier.
FLOORPLAN brings fun to your home decor yet again at Collabor88 with the Eiffel Tower Marquee. Multi-texture change on touch, beautiful detailing, this was a must have for my place as I am of French decent. Its rather adorable and I plan to put it in little Raynier’s room when the time comes.
Ring a ding ding, time for doorbells! Intrigue Company has doorbells for your decor needs this round of Collabor88. I was a bit stumped at first where to place them, but the fireplace area was just perfect for them to be displayed. In multiple metals, and three different styles these doorbells have tons of detail packed into them. Put them at your door or use them in unique ways, they are truly “chiming”!
