I am having a hard time losing weight so decided I needed more accountability. So I am going to start sharing what I am eating. Hopefully knowing others will see what I am eating will help me make better choices

Breakfast: coffee, creamer, tortilla, eggs, picante sauce.
Lunch: Coffee, creamer, sugar (ran out of creamer, frozen dinner minus the mashed potatoes.
Dinner: Medium Sweet Tea, crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings.
Work out: None
Weigh in this morning was 257! I have to get my nutrition under control and get better at going to the gym!
