As of today I have not had a Coke (Soda, Pop, Carbonated Beverages) for 9 months and 23 days. For the most part I have not had any cravings. Had a few sips but they have all been by mistake and did not make me relapse. I have tried to go feet first into losing weight and it doesn’t work for me. I fall back into old habits really fast and then gain extra weight. This time I am NOT going to diet. I am just working on creating healthy habits. I am hoping that in time these habits will create major changes in my weight, my size and most of all my health!
I have also decided that I need to drink 5 bottles of water a day (16.9 oz). So for the next week I will be working on drinking at least one bottle of water a day and each week increasing it until I make a good healthy habit of drinking water. I have been working on this one off and on since October and have decided that is the next step I have to take in this journey. Water is the most important thing I can do for my body. Nothing else I do will matter if I don’t drink enough water!
