Madinah Tech is an impact-driven cultivator program, distinguished not only by its unique approach, but by its location. Madinah is not simply a city of history, it is a city of purpose. For centuries, it has been a place of connection, learning, and community, shaping values that extend far beyond its borders.

We go beyond technology to create an environment, where ideas can take root, grow responsibly, and translate into real-world solutions that enhance urban life.

Madinah Tech Cultivator
Initiative that reimagine entrepreneurship accelerator model. It is a long-term, impact-driven approach that prioritizes real problem-solving, ecosystem integration, and sustainable value creation.

Unlike typical accelerators that follow fixed timelines, standardized cohorts, and equity-based models, cultivators are designed — prioritizing real-world impact over pitch days and long-term value over short-term milestones.

Our programs offer a direct pathway to pilot and deploy solutions, without taking equity, charging fees, or forcing founders into rigid schedules.
01. Cultivator
If you:
Then this program is a perfect fit for you!
The GP Program is designed to develop the next generation of operator-investors—people who not only invest in startups but also understand how companies are built and grown.
Are immune (or at least resistant) to narrative FOMO cycles
Can create value post-investment
Understand company physics (not pitch decks)
Have built or operated inside startups
The GP Program is a selective, operator-first pathway for entrepreneurs and startup operators who want to become value-creating General Partners.

Participants are admitted through a selection process and begin with mandatory mentorship that validates their investing style, decision-making judgment, and value-creation capability. Education blends culture, practical venture know-how, and fund mechanics, delivered alongside real-world scenarios and operator-driven frameworks.
02. The GP Program
