The GradPathways Institute for Professional Development (GPI) at UC Davis is the central hub for wellness, mentoring, and professional development for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. It provides resources, programming, and tools designed to help you succeed both in your graduate program and your chosen career path.

How to Use the GradPathways Website 

1. Reflect on and Plan Your Development: Learn about Individual Development Plans and make an inventory of your existing skills and those you need to develop
2. Review Content for Skill Development: Assess yourself in each area and define the types of learning you should integrate into your time here
