I only have a few, otherwise I wouldn't be able to keep track. Oh and yes I am very proud of myself so far:)
Something I've noticed about people, myself included, is that if we make a goal for ourselves and then we end up missing a day or two because we forget or we get busy, often we will say to ourselves, "Ill start over again on Monday". I don't understand this statement, or to be more truthful, I hate this statement.
"Just because you miss a day brushing your teeth doesn't mean you stop brushing your teeth for the rest of the week or even the year"
Seriously, disgusting!
Anyway, just something to think about, don't get discouraged.
So that brings me to my #1 new years resolution
YES! Read the scriptures everyday... Okay I have been very good so far. I haven't missed a day... but to be honest, one night I only read a chapter heading because I fell asleep before I got to chapter one... ha ha
#2 Ive chosen to do Jillian Michael's yoga for my main exercise routine. I seems to be the exercise that will hopefully get me the results I want for my body.
So far so good!
And #3 As you can see in Josh's left eye brow the stress has started. This picture was taken when we first got to Spokane so you can imagine how its looking now, almost non existent... ok not really but almost.
So Ive been trying to keep home life stress free and peaceful as possible. I'm really hoping I can help Josh as much as I can while he is in grad school. I love him so much and I want to support him as much as I can.
