Six Word Saturday~3/30
Weekly Photo Challenge~Future Tense
“We spend so much of our lives thinking back, or looking ahead, and even though a photo captures only one moment in time, with a bit of thought it can freeze the process of moving forward, or the promise of things to come. Your challenge this week is to seal one such moment in amber.” –Michael Pick

Six Word Saturday~3/23
spending Spring Break applying for jobs
It has been over a month since I joined in with Six Word Saturday. There has been a lot happening during that time, both at home and work. Three weeks ago I received an e-mail from my superintendent, saying they were possibly going to outsource the speech pathologists‘ jobs next school year, effecting me and one other person. Then I celebrated my 49th birthday, and my son’s appendix ruptured, all in one week. The school board did take the recommended action, and honorably discharged both of us. Braeden’s rupture was contained, and he spent three days in the hospital. We also had two snow days during that time. The family has been recovering ever since. Now it is Spring Break, and I plan to take it a little more easy. I hope each of you readers can have some time for relaxing like I will be doing.
