L’ultimo ricordo
Le immagini del tempo andato
non sbiadiscono dalla mente
dove tutto è ancora legato
a vecchi racconti ingigantiti
per dare alimento alla paura
Bambini intorno al fuoco
riscaldavano brividi di attesa
dietro sorrisi ed occhi accesi
tra vampe rossastre e sogni
era impossibile restare fermi
Sospiri e sorrisi della notte
quanto di provava a guardare
tutte le bellissime stelle cadenti
e l’avviso di non fermarsi a contare
o strane cose sarebbero accadute
In questa notte di mezza estate
attenti all’essenza di folletti e fate
tutto cambia come per le stagioni
e come le foglie rubate dal vento
vola via anche questo ultimo ricordo
Quanti desideri da catturare

The images of the old days
do not fade from the mind
where everything is still tied
magnified to old stories
to give food to the fear
Children around the fire
warming chills waiting
behind smiles and bright eyes
between dreams and reddish flames
it was impossible to stand still
Sighs and smiles of the night
amount of evidence to look at
all the beautiful shooting stars
and the warning not to stop counting
or strange things would happen
In this midsummer night
care to the essence of elves and fairies
everything changes as the seasons
and stolen by the wind like leaves
flies away even this last memory

thrill of the experience that returns

Offrire quel che siamo
Possiamo cercare negli altri la luce, i colori e la bellezza,
a volte sembra tutto nascosto talmente bene da sembrare
che tali aspetti siano assenti, ma non dobbiamo dimenticare
che ogni persona ha i nostri stessi sentimenti, la stessa sensibilità
e attende la medesima attenzione. Che attendiamo allora a presentarci
e offrire quel che siamo?

L’ostacolo alla felicità
L’unico problema con la tristezza, la disperazione, la rabbia, l’ansia e l’infelicità, è che vuoi sbarazzartene. Questo è l’unico ostacolo.
Devi vivere con queste emozioni; sfuggire non è possibile. Esse sono le componenti della situazione in cui la vita può crescere e diventare integrata. Sono le sfide della vita. Accettale. Sono benedizioni sotto mentite spoglie. Se vuoi sfuggirle, se vuoi in qualche modo sbarazzartene, allora nasce il problema, perché quando vuoi liberarti di qualcosa non la guardi mai in modo diretto; a quel punto quella cosa cercherà di nascondersi, perché tu la condanni. Andrà più in profondità nell’inconscio, si nasconderà negli angoli più oscuri del tuo essere dove non riuscirai più a trovarla. Si sposterà nella cantina del tuo essere, e lì si nasconderà. Ma, naturalmente, più va in profondità e più problemi provoca, perché si mette ad operare da angoli sconosciuti del tuo essere e tu ti ritrovi completamente impotente.
Quindi la prima cosa è: non reprimere mai. La prima cosa è: ciò che è, è. Accetta e lascia che accada; lascia che appaia proprio davanti a te. In realtà, il solo affermare: “Non reprimere”, non è sufficiente. Se me lo permetti, vorrei dire: “Fattela amica”.
Ti senti triste? Fai amicizia con questa sensazione. Abbine compassione. Anche la tristezza ha un suo essere. Lascialo apparire, abbraccialo; siedi insieme a esso, e tienilo per mano. Sii amichevole. Amalo. La tristezza è bellissima! Non c’è nulla di sbagliato in essa. Che ti ha detto che c’è qualcosa di sbagliato nell’essere tristi? La tristezza può solo darti profondità. La risata è superficiale, la felicità è solo a fior di pelle. La tristezza arriva fino alle ossa, al midollo. Nulla va così in profondità come la tristezza.
Quindi non preoccuparti. Resta con l’emozione, ed essa ti condurrà fino al tuo nucleo più profondo. Viaggerai su quest’onda e sarai in grado di apprendere alcune cose nuove sul tuo essere, cose che non avevi mai saputo prima. Quelle cose possono esserti rivelate solo in uno stato di tristezza, non in uno di gioia. L’oscurità è anch’essa positiva, l’oscurità è anch’essa divina.
Una persona che riesce essere paziente con la sua tristezza, all’improvviso una mattina scoprirà che la felicità sta sorgendo nel suo cuore da qualche fonte nascosta. Quella fonte nascosta è l’esistenza. Ti sei guadagnato la felicità se sei stato autenticamente triste; se sei stato autenticamente disperato, infelice, ti sei guadagnato il paradiso. Ne hai pagato il prezzo.
Affronta la vita, confrontala. Ci saranno momenti difficili, ma un giorno vedrai che quei momenti difficili ti hanno dato forza, proprio perché li hai affrontati. Erano necessari. Mentre li stai attraversando sono difficili, ma dopo vedrai che ti hanno reso più integrato. Senza quei momenti non avresti mai trovato il tuo centro, le tue basi.
Fa’ che esprimere sia una delle regole fondamentali della tua vita. Se devi soffrire per questo, soffri pure, ma non sarai mai un perdente. Quella sofferenza ti renderà sempre più capace di goderti la vita, di celebrare la tua vita.

Oltre le parole
è arrivato il momento di capire
di seminare e raccogliere
e con lo sguardo accarezzare
tutto quel che vibrando
con forza vive
per non smettere di offrire in dono
l’attimo eterno in respiro:
ricchezza che sprigiona unità,
richiamo d’infinito senza barriere.
Oltre il fragore del dubbio
è arrivato il momento
di allacciare l’impalpabile
per collegare ogni vita nascente
a quel candore senza ombre
dove tutto alla foce di ricordi s’illumina:
nuove particelle di silenzio
che dilatano spazio e tempo,
danza senza più timore
su sentieri assolati

🌸Il seme🌸
Un buon seme porta sempre
la ricchezza di un albero colmo
di preziose fronde,
di spazi per accogliere gli uccelli,
di rami che facciano ombra
al viandante stanco.
Ogni persona che passa è grata
per quell’albero e per quello
che sa offrire,persino se morisse.
Nel suo ultimo sacrificio è legna per il fuoco, per scaldare chi ha freddo.
Così è chi ama incondizionatamente
e sa dare ad altri la propria essenza:
nulla potrebbe mutare la purezza
delle intenzioni del suo cuore,
neppure le tempeste o le contraddizioni
di coloro che non sanno vedere
e non comprendono il senso
di quell’albero e dei semi
che ha sparso intorno.
Molti combattono con rabbia,
nel tentativo di sottrarre quel dono ricevuto
e che non sanno riconoscere come tale, credendo di essere stati derubati
di un qualcosa che non hanno mai curato,
perchè non lo hanno cercato in loro stessi
e non l’hanno saputo apprezzare.

A good seed always brings the richness of a tree full of precious leaves,
space to accommodate the birds, branches that do shade to tired traveler. Every person who passes is grateful for that tree and what it does offer, even if he died. In his last sacrifice is wood for the fire, to warm those who are cold. So it is those who love unconditionally and knows how to give up one’s essence: nothing could alter the purity of the intentions of his heart, storms or even contradictions of those who can not see and do not understand the meaning of that tree and seeds that scattered around. Many struggle with anger, in an attempt to steal the gift received and who fail to recognize it as such, believing that they have been robbed of something that they never cared, because they have not sought in themselves and have not been able to appreciate.

Amicizia e riflessione
Credo sia importante un’analisi relativa alle proprie responsabilità , alle aspettative e se e in che modo abbiamo trasmesso amicizia o altro .
Sicuramente , se è amicizia che offriamo ( e non pretendiamo ) , dobbiamo essere in grado di scacciare da noi stessi sentimenti di possesso , cogliere in noi se , dietro la parola amicizia si cela altro .
Prima di puntare il dito su quanto altri non avrebbero fatto verso di noi sarebbe opportuno chiedersi se , in fondo ci attendevamo qualcosa .
Se riusciamo a non fuggire le nostre responsabilità , se siamo capaci di vedere cosa abbiamo sbagliato , se siamo capaci di manifestare dove si sia colto un malinteso ( facile interpretare diversamente ed il dialogo leale serve a questo ) allora si è capaci di portare avanti un rapporto maturo . Troppo facile dare ad altri responsabilità e non vedere la trave che ci renderebbe ciechi. Dialogo , condivisione , senza nulla pretendere è la migliore base per mettere le radici a rapporti destinati a durare nel tempo . Quando muore in fretta era solo illusione .

Friendship and reflection
I think it is important to analyze one’s responsibilities, expectations and whether and how we have transmitted friendship or other.
Surely, if it is friendship that we offer (and we do not expect), we must be able to drive away from ourselves feelings of possession, to grasp in us if, behind the word friendship there is something else.
Before pointing the finger at what others would not have done towards us, it would be appropriate to ask ourselves if, after all, we expected something.
If we manage not to flee our responsibilities, if we are able to see what we did wrong, if we are able to express where a misunderstanding has been caught (easy to interpret differently and loyal dialogue is for this) then we are able to carry on a relationship mature. Too easy to give others responsibility and not see the beam that would make us blind. Dialogue, sharing, without expecting anything is the best basis for putting down roots to relationships destined to last over time. When he dies quickly it was just an illusion.
