Today I lead engineering teams and help develop large-scale platforms. I design systems that are “boring” in the right places and flexible where it matters. Lately, that also means building AI integrations for WordPress and exploring what “AI-first” looks like in real products, not demos. Assistive tooling. Smarter workflows. Interfaces that help humans think.
