Bryan Singer announced via Twitter today the actors playing the 3 superheroes. All 3 actors were previously rumored for the roles along with Saoirse Ronan, Zendaya Coleman, Jamie Blackley, and more. Only 1 of the 3 cast was on my fan-casting post but I’m still happy to see at least one person I was rooting for cast! Anyways, here’s the 3 actors:
CBS has finally found their Kara Zor-El in Glee alum and Whiplash actor, Melissa Benoist!
Coming in April 2019 is the long-waited for Shazam movie. It currently stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as the villian Black Adam. Black Adam was in the story at one point but now it looks like Shazam and Black Adam will get their own individual films. Henry Gayden (Earth to Echo) is working on the script while David Sandberg (Lights Out, Annabelle: Creation) will be directing Shazam. Pre-production and casting is underway with an early 2018 production date being the goal.

Although I only started this blog last year, I’ve run a few others previously and so far this one is doing so much better than the others. Thank you all for reading, liking, commenting, re-blogging, etc from my blog! I really appreciate it and I hope to continue bringing fun and news on this blog! I’ll try to be more active, I’ve been so busy with school that it gets difficult at times. But thank you for being patient with me!

Honestly, I’ve never really cared for Ant-Man and so far the movie isn’t really doing anything for me. Hopefully it’s a better movie than the trailer puts off, after all it’s only a teaser.
What do you think? Are you excited to see Ant-Man?
In theaters July 16th.
