We had a substitute on Friday.

She let us go outside.

Just to prove to you how far I have sunk down on the popularity rank, let me tell you what I did all through our twenty minute “recess”.

I sat in a tree.

While people gathered in their little cliques, I watched with mild interest and picked at bark. I have a few buddies in that class, but they have closer friends than me that they hang out with. I normally don’t like to barge in on big groups, mainly because it makes me uncomfortable. I like being around people, but too many of them, a bunch of which I don’t know very well, makes me nervous. That’s just one of my weird quirks.

As I watched from my little perch, boys played football right in front of me, and I swear, one almost thwacked me on the head. Did they apologize? Nope.

Here’s a little more proof. At the dance, I was walking ahead of Haley back to my bag to check the time on my Ipod when out of nowhere this idiot in a gray hoodie comes flying at me. He rams his head into my stomach, and I bonk my head on something. I’m honestly not sure whether or not it was the floor or him. I fall flat on my back. My butt really hurt. Then I look up and everyone’s laughing. Who’s laughing hardest?! PEANUT. D= After that, the dude just left. Peanut helped me up and we went over to the wall.

One of the most embarrassing moments of my LIFE.
