We got a new project in Design & Architecture: Design a lamp and make a model of the final product. The main material you can use is paper. You deliver the project in a folder that has to contain an inspiration map, 20 sketches, a drawing of the lamp in a fitting environment and a drawing of the lamp from every side with every measure.
The material I used was greaseproof paper. I used a racket and took away the strings and the handle so I only got the oval shape and attached the paper to it. I cut out the letters of the greaseproof paper that made the quote: Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise. I also took a yellow paper and rolled it to a circle and placed it inside the lamp. By that, the light will be yellow and will shine through the letters and give a relaxing and comfortable light.
What do you think?
