Mixed Feedback! When I stop into the Hill Road branch, the service is top notch A+. The team there is always so friendly, helpful, and efficient. However, if you try to do anything online, this bank is stuck in the 1980's. I spent 20 minutes trying to find a full account number for a joint account I was on. The instructions say go to "Account Details". There is no Account Details on the website. Also, I was trying to get added to a joint account. I tried e-mailing to understand the process, and they responded that I need to call, for security reasons. I don't need anything specific on my account, I just want to understand Dort Federal's process! So then I called, but when I stopped in the branch, I was told something different than on the call. And no one in the branch cared that I was told something different. Please note this was the Holly Road branch. However, I will say the employee that helped me get everything set up was very friendly and helpful. In summary, they are wonderful in person, but terrible if you're not physically at a branch.

They totally scam, every good reviews here obviously fake. After months no update for my order, I request cancel, then they keep silent until I reported the case to my afterpay app, they reply me immediately, they offered me 2 options. 1. Lost 20% the money because items was sent to production (who know?, no proof for that) 2. Coupon or discount 8usd (my order 111usd, so it even not 10% of my order) There are not the options, there are totally scam base on policy. First, I purchased mass production items, it mean the items must ready to be shipped or deliveried, not to be made from cratch. Second, due to they are basic items, they can re-sell them for another customer, who stupid and patient enough waiting for a scam company. And final, at this moment, they even can not give me the time items could be sent, no tracking status, just options with no date and time available for items. They are delay options, they try to scam me again and again, disrespect their customer. Guys, read carefully, don’t buy a christmas gift then receive it the next christmas.

So let me first start this post by saying I have purchased several Coach bags for my wife and daughter. As a gift from my wife to our daughter, she bought her a beach straw bag. Perfect for holidays. After three holidays, it literally fell apart. Think Coach was a premium brand, we sent pictures to Coach hoping for a repair solution, We were told as the bag was over 12 months old, it was no longer covered by their warranty. They did say the bag was also unrepairable. After numerous emails, they have agreed to give us a 10% discount off another full price bag. I can say, as long as a draw breath, I will never buy a Coach bag again. To be a premium company you have to deal with complaints in a fair way. A bag used three times in 18 months, that falls apart and by their own admission is in repairable, is as far as they are concerned just fair. NEVER BUY A COACH BAG!!!

My experience with SmoothSpine has been great! Aldriane has been so friendly and helpful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took care of me quickly. They are very easy to communicate with because they answer the phone with a real person. So if you have questions they are a phone call away. I am recommending SmoothSpine to all of my golf buddies! I was on the verge of having to have surgery if I wanted to keep playing golf. I had tried everything including epidural shots.When I got the SmoothSpine device I followed the directions and 2 weeks later was much better and after a month had no pain. I highly recommend this device which actually separates the compressed spine.

I loved my stay, the pictures of the apartment matched with my expectations. The apartment felt like home, the bed is comfortable, the shower was warm , there’s cutlery, cups , all that the list says is there . I felt very welcomed within that apartment . Check in/check out was straight forward and clear. The only thing I would say is to fix the sewage smell in the toilet, I had to keep the toilet closed cause of the smell but other than that it felt like home . There’s also shops and restaurants around which make it easier and the beach is like 5 minutes away by walking . To be honest I’ll definitely be back to this apartment if I stay in Porto again !!!!

Customer service team responded promptly to the snagging and other issues we raised. We received a fantastic professional service from our technical team (Gareth Blakeman and Ellis Bird) who worked hard to make alterations and repairs to our property to a very high standard. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. They were polite and quiet (I was working from home whilst they were here) and they left the house very tidy and clean. They went the extra mile to help with issues that they weren’t necessarily booked to address. Thoroughly recommend these gentleman and the overall service from Charles Church aftercare team. Thank you.

I'm absolutely dissapointed. After opening the site you are not informed about any need for subscription, but once you try to send a message to the teacher it will ask you to pay subscription otherwise message won't be send. I needed a teacher for my son, so I decided to pay for nothing, because there is no guarantee you will receive a message back. And that is what happen to me, I have sent messages to 10 different teachers without a single reply. To summarize that this service wasn't working for me. I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe it's just my bad experience who knows.

In my personal opinion, totally unprofessional website and FAKE BOT FOLLOWERs. No real people as they advertised! I buyed some followers from them and after days they finally came... all FAKE BOTS! And not even from Italy, what i PAID FOR! It ruins my pubblic immage and work. They aren't answering to my various emails and are totally ignoring me. I suggest to move to other websites, more professional maybe. Everything is documentated, with proofs, photos and emails... so try to contest this! I'm really sad and angry with this behaviour and pure waste of time.

Don't bother with ING, they try to lure customers with a temporary higher savings rate, but after three weeks they couldn't even activate an account. I wasted too much time and money just trying to put my own money in a high interest savings account. I was told by 3 separate people that my case has been escalated to the team responsible, and to give them 2-5 business days to correct the error (twice!) and they still can't activate an account. I'll take my money elsewhere while I can. At this rate they will be shut down before I get the chance!

They have a decent selection of cars, but when I went for a test drive in a Fiat 500, there was a weird bad smell in the car. After I parked the car and something felt off on the handbrake I realised it had some mucky brown stuff on it which was now all over my hands and was a pain to get off. When I told the staff about it he seemed to think it was funny more than anything. Won't be going back. I honestly think it might have been poo (either human or from an animal)

I have very good experience with the company Lohause, especially with their customer-oriented approach. I ordered two frames and I am very satisfied with their quality. I also needed to exchange one frame for a larger size, and once again everything was handled very quickly and fairly on Lohause’s side. I’m glad there are still companies that truly care about their customers and offer quality products, and above all excellent service. Thank you for this experience.

I ordered one of their Bride quater zip jumpers. Very pleased with the purchase. The first one I ordered was the wrong size, and the process to return the jumper was very simple. After a while, the return tracking showed no new updates. So I contacted their Support staff. Anjelica was very kind and efficient. She sorted out my refund straight away. Thank you for your help !
