I actually love this hot pink and black alley on Fraser St. I’m not sure everyone at OpenFile magazine would agree.

“We want to find the best—and worst—examples of urban public art in Canada.
1. formal, state-sanctioned and funded pieces (e.g. giant oblong statues); and
2. informal or community- or individual-driven pieces (e.g. graffiti)
